The staff was incredibly kind and personable. We had no wait time and did not feel rushed by the associate helping us. We had one piece of silver that was rather large and needed special examination in order to give us a price for it. The owner of the store came over and examined, measured and weighed the piece himself. This was our first experience in trading in jewelry and coins for cash and both the owner and the sales associate took time to explain to us how they determine the value/price for each item, whether the price was likely to fluctuate in the near future and so on. One of the qualities I liked best about Abby's was that even after a lot of time was spent on our items,I felt no pressure at all to sell or trade in all or any of our pieces. We decided to keep a few items and sell them the rest and we were very pleased with our cash amount received. The other trips to Abby's were to purchase Pandora charms. Abby's is the only site locally who carries Pandora. The only reason I give Abby's four stars instead of five is that they do not carry all of the Pandora charms and have only a limited amount of each charm (sometimes only one) so if you are shopping during a busy season such as Christmas or mother's day then they are likely to be out of many of the charms. Abby's is not only a Pandora store as they carry a wide range of jewelry items so it is understandable that they would not be unable to keep their inventory stocked to the capacity that a Pandora store would. That being said I still think a four star review is most appropriate since right now they are the only site in our area licensed to carry Pandora and I hope in the future to see more of a selection in their charms.
