So I took my engagement rings that were purchased from a designer in NYC to be re-sized here since it made more sense than sending them back to NYC. The girl who waited on me the Monday night I dropped them off was very nice and quoted me a price of $100 and that they would be completed in a week tops. Fast forward to Friday of that week and I called for an update where I'm told they will be ready on Monday as promised. So I call Monday at 4:30 since I hadn't heard from them to find out they hadn't been touched yet and they would need until Wednesday to complete AND on top of that that each ring would be $80-$100 to re-size. This is totally unacceptable, right? So my finance calls to talk to them and talks them down to doing each ring for $80. Fast forward to Wednesday where I receive a call that one of the rings has broken while they are re-sizing, I panic and tell him that I want my rings back ASAP. I pick them up the following night only to be charged $170 for the two rings they did fix. Long story short, I will NEVER go back here and recommend you do not either, especially if you're having jewelry fixed. read more

A young gentlemen by the name of Anthony assisted me, He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional above all friendly. After speaking with Andy and informing him of my Kayaking and Scuba diving background it was an unanimous decision. The Rolex Submariner 41mm Oystersteel with green bezel, beautiful watch. A little info for someone interested in buying a Rolex they are in extremely high demand, So if you're interested in purchasing one I suggest you go to Louis Anthony Jewelers and request the Rolex you prefer. Rolex company will not allow their dealers to order a particular watch. LAJ receives watches weekly, when the watch you prefer arrives they will contact you. Family run business that pushes the envelope in terms of customer service and jewelry selection. You would be hard pressed to find a better store in town, or even in the country. My mother has bought earrings for my sister and loved them. Ami picked them out over the phone and did a wonderful job. She has her own jewelry line now as well which is pretty cutting edge. I've personally bought a Phillips Stein watch here as a gift which was very well received. It's a special experience visiting this store, even if you just want to browse the selection the staff is not pushy or pretentious. Unfortunately, completely misleading sales staff. I called about a particular watch is was looking for. The salesperson, Joe, was extremely friendly, confirmed the item was in-stock and available. He even offered to hold it for me. I left immediately and drove almost an hour to arrive to another salesperson stating that there was a "misunderstanding" and the watch was sold. Not a "jeweler" at all, its a jewelry store....big difference. Beautiful store, beautiful website....know why? Because YOU paid for it. Designer pieces, nothing unique. You pay for the name. If you aren't "somebody" they are not especially interested in taking care of you. If you want real quality and a price that's not been jacked up at least 5 times on you I suggest visiting one of the REAL local jewelers in the area where you'll get honesty, quality and lifetime service. Jared's had quoted me $60 plus tax for the fix - alleging that the diamond had to be completely reset to fix the problem. I left looking for a second opinion and spotted Louis Anthony on my way home. I stopped in, explained the issue, and the saleswoman took the ring to their jewelery repair person in the back.
