Had a rear flat tire on my electric bike. Went to Pro Bike + Run in Monroeville first. They said…read morethey do not work on any electric bike models they don't carry in their shop. Which I thought was dumb. A tire is a tire. So I drove half an hour to West Newton Bikes. The bike tech, Jerico, could not have been nicer or more efficient. He fixed the flat, remounted the tire, fixed some other little issues I had and I was back on the trail in less than an hour. All for a lot less money than I would have paid at the other place. It's a bit of a drive, but I'll be using them for all my biking needs from here on out.
