I was washing stuffed animals (Boy Scout Eagle Service Project) one large one full of tiny styrofoam beads exploded mid wash. It looked like a snow storm inside the washing machine. I didn't know how I was going to clean out all the tiny styrofoam beads. The worker came with a vacuum and sucked them up, no problem. She didn't freak out and we even laughed about it.

They don't accurately weigh the laundry. They give out hangers well supposed to be included with the drop off price. If you don't bring em back they won't issue you more or they charge a separate fee. They offer Dexter app pay but fail to tell you that you have to link your card not just add money to get the deals. They do not follow special instructions like hang dry or cold water only and don't guarantee stain removal and put zero effort into proper stain removal. They even tell the regular drop off customers it's cheaper to bring your own products when drop off includes the soap and dryer sheets. April manipulates customers talk real good and all when she id just a liar and her husband Graham just died as he is told. Offer free dryers yet when customers pay by accident they make a huge deal about refunding them if they speak Spanish they shrug it off and don't even tell them dryers are free.

I used to avoid laundromats because I would end up with others people's hair and lint on my things. Not here! The best thing about this business is how clean and well maintained it is. Each Washing Machine starts at $8.00 each and some hold up to 4 smaller laundry~basket loads. We used the 4 loads washing machine and used two of them because we had A LOT of laundry to wash. Each Dryer is Free on Tuesday through Thursday and some are bigger than others but the biggest dryer can hold up to 4 loads or more of laundry depending upon what it is. They have one public bathroom which the staff attendant needs to let you in. They also have 2 vending machines ~ one is sodas and the other is treats and laundry detergent etc. . . They have a machine to get change for the laundry machines, and in the office they have other laundry items to purchase. The attendant that was there the evening we were there, is an adorable & kind lady who was always asking if we needed help which was really nice of her. If you would like to see what the washing center looks like please take a look at the attached pictures. Yes the laundry mat has air conditioners.
