I was having a rough day and had to come here for laundry one afternoon and I was experiencing issues with the washer erroring out and I was just about in tears when the lady came over that attends there and took care of it immediately with a warm smile and kind eyes. First time coming here since I'm from out of state for work. This place was extremely clean and very quiet. The workers are very nice and helpful with all your needs. The machines vary in size and cost but pretty reasonable. The dryers are .25 cents for every 8 minutes which is pretty great. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to wash to check this place out. read more

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! We were waiting patiently to make change for a $20. There wasn't anyone around so we asked the employee cleaning the bathrooms for help and she said that the owner was in his office and we could knock on the door. We knocked and the owner came out of his office yelling "I was on the phone, what's the F***ING rush?!" Seriously??? That's how you greet your customers who are waiting patiently for you?! Super unprofessional and we will not be returning ever. We immediately left. Work on your customer service. read more

It's been decades since I've used a laundromat, but a divorce will do that. But from what I remember, this is one of the cleanest, best maintained, and well staffed that I've ever seen. Until I purchase a new washer and dryer, I will definitely be back. read more

there is no contactless payment at all And just coins. False advertisement. The hour is open 6:00 am and closed at 11:00 pm but Bathroom was locked during business hour and employee show up after eight am to unlocked the bathroom. There are some washers has been broken for a while and had not repairs, huh. Also the dryers cost 25 cent for three minute and last week was five minute. No information update on those. This is the best laundromat in the Universe. I love it so much! It's so sparkling clean and the staff so amazingly helpful. I've been coming to this laundromat for about 8 years on/off! Even my in-laws come here often, & they have a working washer and dryer! I will not go anywhere else!!! The prices, service, always clean including the restrooms, the quality of the machines is perfection, Free ATM & WiFi (omg, you don't know how much I appreciate that, sometimes I forget to grab cash)! They have a TV w/ all the newest movies out for children, HUGE PLUS bc i drag my 4 little boys with me. Vending machines are just rightly priced!! I also love their rectangle big load baskets, those deserve 5 stars alone! The Mother and Son who own this facility have done an outstanding job on keeping up with the place, including their staff. Only negative thing I have to say is... I WISH you expanded, there needs to be more up kept laundromats like you!! :) read more

This place is really clean. They have signs that clearly tell you no oily stuff, pet beds and so forth. A lot of people are allergic .. and I'm allergic to germs lol anyway the staff is very friendly and helpful .. your kids can watch tv while you wash. I'm glad there's no oily items or pet beds. Don't go to the laundromat often, but during my experience at Kathy's the staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and cheerful. I would certainly recommend Kathy's as a great place to be while doing a necessary chore. Spotless, machines in excellent shape, and even had snacks to purchase! read more

Machines are spotless. The facility is kept clean, as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Extra large machines available.

Always very clean. Parking kinda sucks but if you go during the week or later in the evening it's not too bad.

This coin laundry is going down hill fast. They used to have 24 working top louder washers. Every time I go to do my laundry, there are fewer washers that work. There are maybe 6 or 7 working today. read more

I went there to wash a sleeping bag and as I was looking around for a machine, an employee looked at my sleeping bag and said "it's too dirty, go across the street to another laundromat" I asked "so you only allow clean laundry to be washed here?" And she repeated that my bag was "to dirty" . I don't recommend coming here to do business they lack customer service skills. I mean my bag had dust and lint on it, It wasn't covered in mud or anything! Will never be back. I did go across the street and they gladly took my money and business. read more
