I spoke with Hussein, explained my situation, and he immediately reassured me that they could help. He and his father met with me that same day, assessed the dress, and quickly came up with a plan. The dress we chose was ready the very next day -- I couldn't believe it! I also decided to have it hemmed slightly to better match my height, and once again, it was completed within just a couple of days. I wore the dress on the 21st for the wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. I received so many compliments! On top of their incredible turnaround time and quality work, their pricing was very fair and honest -- especially considering how last-minute everything was. Everything looks decent except my skirt. My skirt had been taken apart!!! Whoever was assigned to clean this DID NOT understand the design or the fashion of how it was supposed to look. They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED. I will never give this place another dime!!!!

I found her on yelp when I was in a panic over a dress not fitting my daughter the day before…read morepicture day!!! I called her and explained my situation. She informed me that she closes in 26 minutes but I think hearing the shear panic in my voice she told me to come on by and she would see what she could do. She by far exceeded my expectations!!! She had my daughter put on her dress marked up the straps and had it altered in 10 minutes flat. She made my daughters day since we had been to 5 stores and this was the only dress she liked and due to my daughters size it was a women's small (which does not fit a 9 year old in the bust area).
