Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

I really loved the floral designs I saw on their website and working with them over the phone went smoothly. I have them my budget and requested flowers in the orange hues if at all possible. I wasn't picky about the type of flowers, I wanted a spring loose bouquet. Although I wasn't notified that flowers in those colors weren't available for my delivery date, the flowers sent were gorgeous, healthy and well designed. I called the Floral Patch on the same morning I was hoping to have a delivery of an odd number of roses delivered. I was very much prepared to be disappointed like I have been so frequently by online stores who rattle off some bureaucratic policy as their justification for not being able to deliver. It was such an incredibly bright spot of the day to have the owner reach out and personally guarantee that the flowers would be there even though the closest branch of the shop didn't have sufficient numbers of flowers they needed to complete my order. When I told them that's okay if we had to go with some other arrangement, the representing who helped told me the flowers were already on the truck heading to be arranged. To have that kind of sense of personal care and service at such a reasonable price is the perfect combination. I certainly am not going to get flowers from anywhere except for the Flower Patch here on out. I can't even begin to tell you how highly I recommend them.

I am located in California, so I hesitated using one of those corporate flower companies and I'm glad I found someone local, who delivers free to the Farmington area. A quick email in the evening and she promptly responded back in the AM. She collected all the information needed, I asked for a $50 arrangement and was able to pay via Venmo or Credit Card. Her first attempt was not successful, but she contacted me via text and told me there was morning snow and didnt feel right to just leave it at the front door. She even tried their neighbors with no luck. Instead, she asked for the recipients cell number and told me she had a few other errands to run and would attempt again in an hour or so. I took my two year old son with me and he asked for a balloon and they gave him one. All together I got an amazing bouquet for 40$ and a happy son and a great vase. I absolutely recommend these guys. They have these cards that actually build things now. They have one that turns into a pirate ship with rigging and everything. Very cool. On a side note I have about a dozen vases from these guys. Maybe they should start a recycling program.

I have ordered arrangements for my wife for various occasions for many years from flower patch, the…read morelast couple of years the quality has suffered immensely, the stages have came frozen, and die off in days, the latest was a Mother's Day arrangement with strawberries and a Mylar balloon, the balloon was half inflated at the time of delivery and after a few hours was lying lifeless on the table. The arrangement looks okay so far but I feel it's time to find another local florist that takes pride in their craft and cares what long term or new customers think of their establishment. (My wife said it's okay but I know she's disappointed). Shop around, the arranges aren't inexpensive but would be worth it if they were on par with their past work. I for one will buy elsewhere next time, too bad.
