I was happy to see Ritz is using pulled shredded corned beef off of a big hunk of meat. The owner is considering putting up his own sauerkraut but even so the marble rye was nicely grilled and thousand island dressing homemade. The Ritz is everything I love about leaving the city. Once off the highway wonderful diners and deli's are what makes any road trip, even just 20 miles, a real adventure filled with treasures like this one. I can't wait to go back.
