When the Branson food gets too heavy too must visit Carly's! We went after a long day at silver dollar city and wanted something healthy. The Asian hand pulled noodles with all the veggies were so delicious. Everything was fresh made to order. Hot and delicious! I had the noodle soup and it was so fresh and flavorful. My son got the steak sandwich and it was really tasty like a Philly cheesesteak. The staff was super friendly and asked about how we liked the food several times. Wow, wonderful meal we had here. We had the Watermelon Tea w/ Coconut Bobba for a drink. I don't eat meat or use fish sauce. They made a Stir Fry Noodle dish with Tofu which was amazing! The space smelled of mold or urine. Lighting was harsh LED. I ordered a noodle soup and received a noodle stir fry. The noodle was supposed to be hand pulled (e.g. Magic Noodle); they were not hand pulled. The dish was extremely salty, perhaps with MSG. A man came out in search of compliments, when we told him it was way too salty, he blamed it on Oysters Sauce. We are chefs and eat Chinese food every meal; it was not the Oyster Sauce. Nothing was done about our concerns. The primary ingredient of my dish was DISAPPOINTMENT, the second was SALT. We ordered 5 noodle dishes and the bill was over $85. I do not believe most of the positive reviews; I suspect they are purchased from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh. I predict this restaurant will close in the near future. read more

Chef came out and talked to me after food came out and told me about some of the gluten free sauces that he uses. Was super knowledgeable about gluten issues, especially concerning Asian food. Lots of gluten free options. I really enjoyed both my soup and the shrimp tempura. I do believe they used corn starch for tempura but I rarely eat fried foods so it was a nice treat. It brings me pain to do this to a 'mom and pop' shop. I usually love the 'hole in the walls' places. This was not 'fusion', but "Confusion". Wife ordered rice noodle dish and I ordered the handmade noodles. Little difference for $2 extra. Rice noodle was as big as a spaghetti noodle and tasted the same. Bland flavors, sauce was like soup. It's a lovely hole in the restaurant with outstanding heathy food options, great for vegan/ plant based lovers. Started the meal with rose tea, then stir fry roasted broccoli and garlic.. which was perfectly balanced and cooked! And if you're not a fan of the cold like me then you must try there ramen, I got a 3 spice level out of 5 which was a hot-firry spice level. If you don't eat a lot of spice start at level 1. If you ever get something too spicy just try there bubble tea or the caramel crunch dessert to take back the kick. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
