(She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal... I called and the phone was immediately answered by a very friendly Bill on the other end. First thing, he was very accommodating and helpful in ending my search and scheduled a time to come do our Meet & Greet the same day as I was needing him starting on Friday and it was already Thursday. With no delay he was over for our Meet & Greet asking all the necessary questions and providing me with piece of mind before I even left. I think this is very important and made a great impact with me by asking simple questions such as: Are the pups allowed on the furniture? Do they mingle well with others in the complex? Do they all eat separate? Sometimes things you don't think of especially when in a hurry! This first impression experience was by far the best I have ever went through before, no matter boarding at a facility or having someone come watch my pups at home. All my questions were answered promptly and he was asking the most important ones. Throughout our short weekend vacation I received lots of pictures and PUPdates! It was very reassuring getting pictures of our happy pups while away. Bill and his partner Dan took every bit of care and gave our pups the most love I could of hoped for! These guys are very professional and couldn't have been a bigger help to us. Most of all, our babies did not even miss a beat! They were happy little pups when we returned; the most chipper I have EVER seen them when coming back from a trip! Bill even gave me a call on his last visit giving me a final PUPdate and giving me a tip for getting our two small babies to eat all their food, which has worked very well and I am still using it. They eat their WHOLE bowl of food which was very rare before! I will most definitely be using Bill & Dan for ALL of our pups needs! Such a big thank you for all the love you gave our pups! But my pups love Diana SO much, that they have learned her name and when I tell them that "Diana is coming!", they get full of life, jump in circles, and their tails start wagging like crazy!! Diana has become like a Dutch Aunt to my fur-children! It gives me the greatest feeling of comfort that I know they will be well taken care of when I'm gone. Hubby and I were able to manage hospital visits and MIL's pet care for a couple days then we both had to head to work out of town. I found Andrya through another website. She quickly responded to our request. The job was complicated because she had to go to the hospital and get the condo keys from my Mother in Law. Then go to a condo she had never been to before. Andrya was a trooper. She was perfectly willing to accept the job and help out. Since the job was not a straightforward visit we decided I would pay her by the hour. She was so funny arguing with me I did not need to pay her as much as I was offering. As far as caring for the cats I have no doubt she is the best. She was asking me tons of questions about my Mother in Law's two cats. Do they like to be scratched on their heads? Are they shy? Do they try to escape? Mary Pawpins Pet Nanny came through our Facebook Page and we called on Thursday morning to see if she would be able to help us out. She told us that she officially did not "open" until Monday but since all of her licenses and insurance was in place she was happy to help us out! She came over that evening to meet our kitties and fish and to get their schedule. She was thoughtful and kind and really took the time to meet our pets and make sure she knew their routine, food schedule, and any additional needs. Normally our kitty, Emma hides from everyone but I was so pleased on Saturday afternoon to get pictures of our babies making friends. What was also nice was the pet report card when I arrived home that outlined the pet's behaviors while we were gone. We were so lucky to have gotten such an awesome pet sitter. We look forward to using Mary Pawpins Pet Nanny again especially for walking the new puppy we can now get since I have found an awesome dog walker! Thank you Mary Pawpins!!
