She got my little girl Lilli in to see Dr. Bennet on a cancellation. We had never been to this office before, but from the moment we walked in, the ENERGY was amazing. The two ladies at the front desk were holding two little dogs; the love they were showing those little ones was amazing. My Lilli began walking around checking the office out and a little dog came up to her and offered to show her around the place. I was stressed so this made me feel good. Dr. Bennet, Jill, Suzanne, and the other Lady (so sorry forgot her name) were so gentle with us. I know Lilli was not feeling good, she is 16 years old. Dr. Bennet was so thorough in her exam and testing, explaining images, blood work, and everything until I completely understood. My Lilli ended up having cancer that is now invading her other organs. I will go to this office to have them support me in releasing Lilli into heaven tomorrow. After leaving the office with this horrible diagnosis, the receptionist called me to comfort me for 45 minutes. That is service above and beyond!!!!! Thank you.

My pup comes home absolutely knackered from a day full of fun with his fur buddies. The staff bend over backward to make sure my pup is happy and taken care of. We also have used the private spa service and boarding which allowed us to see our boy via webcam to check in. I've seen both Dr. Kuchar and Dr. Pion as vets and couldn't recommend anyone better. Both of these vets take the time to talk, get to know you and the dog. From supporting me through my former dog going blind and eventually passing away, to now routine check ups with my new pup, both doctors have always impressed me and exceeded my expectations. The vets techs and receptionists as well are friendly, knowledgeable and just straight up love animals. Might be on the pricier side but come to Country Inn as your one stop shop for all things animal hospital or daycare/boarding. You won't regret it

The second time, nothing was further than the truth. it took him almost 10 days to get reacclimated, came back in a depressed state, growled when I touched it or picked him up, I've never seen anything quite liked yet since I owned him for five years. The staff seems friendly enough and the facilities clean. I just don't know what happened with this last time, I'm probably going to look into Rover or a similar service.
