Four days go past and I end up not receiving the Hair in the mail and she end up not sending me a tracking number I tried to email her multiple times she said I had to wait I eventually end up communicating with her on her Instagram and her assistant end up calling me saying that they never sent the package there was no communication about this. Keela end up dropping the hair off to my home which I was satisfied with. Three days later I ordered an additional bundle for my trip, I specifically text her and asked her if she has this before I ordered it and she said yes. I text her assistant yesterday and she never replied then I end up contacting Keela on her Instagram and she informed me all of a sudden they don't have it and offered me a refund what she don't understand is I needed that Hair and I did not want a refund she tried to offer me straight bundles when I have wave hair. This is one of the most unprofessional business I have ever been through . I really try to support my black businesses but it's really hard to . Hopefully the hair I purchased and get installed makes up for the disappointment .

I know I have a small head without the volume of my hair, so I was concerned about there not being enough of a selection of petite wigs. There was a good selection, however, Jennifer also found a way for the regular wigs to fit properly too! I cannot tell you how many times I took the same couple of wigs on and off to compare and never once did she seem annoyed. She encouraged me to do whatever I needed, look at it outside, have my parents take pictures while I was wearing, etc. Also, she knew I was looking for a wig in general for events but especially for an event the next day. She went above and beyond to help me find a wig I could be comfortable in and not worry about for my first outing while wearing a wig. For the quality of the wig and positive experience, the value is amazing! Overall, Jennifer's immense kindness really helped me through the process. I cannot even describe how positive the whole experience was. I feel confident I will be going back to her for more wigs in the future.
