I shouldn't have bothered her by asking questions as she was concentrating to get the best prints possible when prints didn't click the first time, but she answered my questions and didn't show any frustration. Everything ended well! Diana started my day off very well! I especially appreciate the fact that she did my LiveScan right away and did not make me wait. When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand.
