Small town local dining experience. I've been there once and I plan to go back soon. Friendly banter makes it interesting

Very good food! Fast service, a little pricey but well worth it for fresh Hamburg. Onion rings are great! Can't wait to try something else!

First of all, it's on a cute little Main Street that has some historical signs and statues which I love to see. There's parking on the road and we did not have trouble getting a spot despite it being a weekend. They have some offerings in a couple fridges such as pastries and yogurt and there is a sandwich and drink menu. I ordered the ham and jam on a croissant, which is ham and raspberry with Brie I believe. It needed more cheese and less jam I would say. I still enjoyed it though! I had a tough time picking a sandwich because there are so many good options! My pistachio latte was also really good, and they had some good coffee specials. They'll call your order when it's ready and you can bring it to one of the tables they have in the small dining room. It's really cute inside with a stately fireplace, and people were doing work or catching up with friends. You could also sit out on the porch but it was a wintry April... but so bet it's great in the summer!

That said, the coffee, food, and service are worth it! There are two seating rooms and one of them opens out to restrooms and a very small shopping/business mall. The tables and chairs are thick, heavy, rustic wood reminiscent of a country kitchen, and the acoustics are pretty good! No echoes or a need to yell to friends or family at your own table. The service is stellar! Lots of students work here and they are top notch. The food is outstanding. Their hash browns are literally the best I have ever had. They are wispy and crispy, and will not leave grease on your plate or in your belly. The eggs are always perfect, no matter how you ask for them, and the pancakes are the best you can get without making them yourself at home. They are served with a syrup, but for $2.00 extra (at the time of this posting), you can get real maple syrup instead. By the way, their coffee is not limited to regular and decaf. There is a delightful coffee drinks menu for options to enjoy at your table or to go! Tucker's also does take out, so you really have not excuse to miss this delightful place.

There is table seating on the main level and more table seating upstairs in the loft overlooking the main floor via tight spiral staircase. They also offer free wifi too. I stopped by Bob's Chocolate Cafe for an afternoon break and the place was quite busy with mostly families with kids coming to and from nearby Crotched Mountain. When I was ready to order, Bob greeted me and I ordered a Macchiato ($4 plus tax), GG's Frosted Cinnamon Roll ($4 plus tax) and a 4 pk Box of Chocolate Gems ($10 plus tax) - chose, Ruby Passion Fruit, Latte, Butterscotch, & Chocolate Yum!!. The macchiato and warm frosted cinnamon roll were brought over to where I was sitting. The cinnamon roll was totally covered in sweet icing with a soft doughy texture with cinnamon. The macchiato was made very strong. I enjoyed some of the chocolates were had a sweet ganache inside. I would definitely stop by again if I happen to be in the area. PARKING: Very limited parking in front, parking lot across the traingle near the church.
