They literally saved my life with my new puppy. They come to the house and give me a play-by-play of everything they did with my puppy (including taking pictures and videos of him playing in the backyard with them) on their app. They also use a Gio tag so you can see where they are when you pooch goes for a walk or just plays in the backyard. The sitters are kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. They asked me every detail about how I take care of him and what's important to me in my home to make sure they don't leave anything disturbed. They even called to make sure that it was OK for him to be on the couch when he made a decision to take a nap during a visit. I wanted to know about his house, yard, and where would my dog, Ziggy sleep at night. Mike was able to provide full details without making me feel rushed or hurried. I guess he knew I was a little uncomfortable. It is hard leaving your pet in someone else's care for a short or extended period of time. After speaking with him, I felt comfortable, and more at ease with leaving my dog there. During Ziggy's stay, Mike sent me pictures throughout the day.
