These guys worked for years down South at Austin VW until deciding to open an independent shop - so their knowledge and expertise is top-notch. I had my 140,000 mile maintenance done - they explained everything well and removed the charges for the services I didn't need. I also had all my glowplugs replaced and a brake light switch fixed which they both did for much less than another shop had quoted me. I dropped my car off and Nick offered to give me a ride to my office a few miles away which was a better option. The work was done very well and was finished the same day - actually slightly faster than they told me. The reason I found to give them four stars is that the shop is a little difficult to find because they don't have a proper sign yet. If you're having someone pick you up who is bad with directions, they might have a bit of trouble. Otherwise I fully recommend these folks!

Horrible experience. Bought a Groupon (which should have been my first clue) that seemed like a…read moregood deal for brake pad replacement. Booked an appointment on three separate occasions and they never showed up. The first time was due to what they said was an accident. The second and third, they never bothered to call or text back. These are people who don't care about customer service, only themselves. Even if the problem of the accident was true, they should have done a much better job of communicating issues. BTW, the third time they never showed, they called six hours after the appointment - after I called their google phone at least a dozen times to find out if they were coming - telling me they don't work in the rain. Hmmm . This is a buyer beware situation and whether it looked like a good deal or not, this is also not a real company IMHO.
