We were told by the shop that it needed a simple oil sensor replacement which they did. As soon as we left the shop and drove just a mile the engine began to tremble and the car is now making a horrible squealing noise. We immediately brought the car back to them. They began looking at the car again and told us that the car had little to no oil in it and they they didn't touch anything except for the sensor. Immediately they were defensive. How does the car come back in worse condition is my question. I truly feel like we flushed money down the toilet and now we are having to have our vehicle towed to the dealership. Thanks for nothing. Can't trust them at all. Additional response: No we were not informed of there being no oil to begin with. What kind of repair shop would receive a vehicle with no oil, tell the customer there's no oil and miss a perfect opportunity to up sell for an oil change and then return said vehicle with no oil for the customer to drive off? Make that make sense! You guys are a joke.

He explained that he wanted to hook it up and diagnosed it but he was so knowledgeable about cars that he was spot on and it didn't cost some absurd amount that I was quoted by one of the big companies. I truly appreciate not price gouging the public just because it's summertime. I honestly felt that the owner cares about the people he serves and has integrity.
