We were told by the shop that it needed a simple oil sensor replacement which they did. As soon as we left the shop and drove just a mile the engine began to tremble and the car is now making a horrible squealing noise. We immediately brought the car back to them. They began looking at the car again and told us that the car had little to no oil in it and they they didn't touch anything except for the sensor. Immediately they were defensive. How does the car come back in worse condition is my question. I truly feel like we flushed money down the toilet and now we are having to have our vehicle towed to the dealership. Thanks for nothing. Can't trust them at all. Additional response: No we were not informed of there being no oil to begin with. What kind of repair shop would receive a vehicle with no oil, tell the customer there's no oil and miss a perfect opportunity to up sell for an oil change and then return said vehicle with no oil for the customer to drive off? Make that make sense! You guys are a joke.

The staff repaired everything within three hours and were back on the road. The repairs got us back home as well. Would not like to meet like that again but grateful for repair shops like this one.

These guys are awesome and they care about serving their customers…read more They are reasonably priced and will always make sure that you get what you NEED done and not the run around. They will get you in and out; they replaced my front brakes a couple of months ago and they will be doing the same for my rear brakes in about a week or so. They have great customer service and the whole staff is friendly. I'll be bringing them donuts next time! Thanks guys!

He explained that he wanted to hook it up and diagnosed it but he was so knowledgeable about cars that he was spot on and it didn't cost some absurd amount that I was quoted by one of the big companies. I truly appreciate not price gouging the public just because it's summertime. I honestly felt that the owner cares about the people he serves and has integrity. I just moved to Jarrell and I am very fortunate I found Auto Service Experts.

He was able to come straight to me within an hour and knowing the basic symptoms, he even brought some parts. Thankfully he had us back on the road quickly after making what turned out to be a very simple repair. He even checked fluids and codes for me to make sure I was able to continue my trip. I also learned I was sold dry rotted tires back in Dallas after a body shop took a look at my tires. I came here because it was the closest place. The owner was very honest. Even though all my tires were bad he sent me home with only changing the dangerous front tire so I didn't have to spend too much money all at once. He also tested /ALL/ of my tires to make sure I could get home safe. And, the man and his crew stayed past closing to finish up. I am very thankful! I'm here in Cibolo waiting for him and he is stranded in an unfamiliar place...we found Jarell mobile mechanic and we are so blessed. The Google reviews were all good..but you know its always hard to find someone trustworthy when it is your ehicle. They showed up within 10 minutes! He was knowledgeable and kind. He was able to give advice and get the car on the road. We could not be so thankful for someone to be honest fair and caring.
