My insurance company s asking me to pay the overcharge of $128. This is not just incompetence but stealing. What is worse than that is that the dentist overlooked my wife and my daughter's teeth for cavities that should have been addressed. As a result of gross incompetence my daughter had to get her cavities filled by another dentist. My wife unfortunately had to get a root canal. Again this could have been avoided and prevented and was not. The dentist, Donna and the dentist wife (bookkeeper) are grossly incompetent.

Veronica answered, took my mothers information and stated she would call back. She did. I was able to connect Veronica, my mother and I on a conference call while we set up her next appointment which we were offered two options all within 48 hours. Veronica was very patient, kind and professional. My mother was able to see Dr.Ruiz within a couple of days and she was pleased with the care.
