I ended up doing a cleaning and doctor and staff ware sweet. A day later I got a call from one of the staff asking me if wanted to do the upper side instead of the lower, she said that doctor recommended etc. I insisted that I wanted what I went there for and she insisted so much that made me believe that they ware not capable to do the lower sleep guard because the shape of my mouth and the missing tooth since I have a bridge. To make the story short! She had an atitude when I said no that is what I need or I go somewhere else, than she said fine with an attitude.At this point I was disappointed and thought that the insistence ware a clear sign! Wish I had walked out! 2 weeks later the order came in all wrong and thick not a clear material I was shocked,and missing one side. Didn't fit well. The dentist had to drill. I went home and tried to use it it was too tight n thick .I ended up ripping side of my lip forcing in n out. I went back 2 times to fix it and still not good. The material used caused strange taste in my mouth. And soreness ,Overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Do not go there for night guard. :(

One of the things I appreciate most -- besides the excellent care -- is the fact I never feel like a Treatment Specialist (aka Salesperson) is pressuring me on a treatment plan while I am vulnerable, in the chair, wearing a bib. I also appreciate that Dr. Quach does recommend extraneous or unnecessary treatments. The front office went to battle with my insurance company after a defective filling had to be redone. I could no longer locate the previous dentist to fix his work. (At my previous Katy dental practice -- there was a new dentist every time I came in?!?) Rejuvenate is clean and bright. They do seem to stand by caring for their patients completely, and it seems like my experience was simply an anomaly. -------------------- I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this practice, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing interactions that I feel are important to share--both as a fair warning to others and in hopes that the practice may be open to resolving the concerns. 1. Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further.
