Once you arrive and check in you are ushered to your service area and given a drink menu of complimentary beverages. The Jack and Coke was heavenly after a long day of work. I was made comfortable and given a warm neck massager thingee that was very relaxing.I had a Deluxe Gel Manicure and the Milk and Honey Pedicure $50 and totally worth it as it includes an14 minute foot massage, real milk and honey, exfoliation and paraffin wax. I previously got the Deluxe Pedicure for $35 , which was excellent too but the massage and the other components make it worth it !They use a timer for the massage and do a great job, which is something I appreciate as the massage is usually RUSHED at most nail salons I've been too! My Tech Lynne was gentle and thorough. Sunny has done my manicure for the second time and I will definitely be requesting this duo when I book my next appointment! The first appointment in January was at 6p and it was very busy because they close at 7p . But I was in and out . Today I went on a Friday at 3p and it was a little calmer and it did not take them long which I appreciate also, sometimes the nail salon is a chore after a long day but the fact that they work so efficiently while not compromising their work, is pretty awesome! I just find it outrageous that Nadia mentioned body weight or my body in general! That is super weird behavior!! Unprofessional and inappropriate behavior for older women! My first visit, I left thinking I found my nail spot. Second visit, nail art was not so great and integrity of my nail was not strong as 2 nails cracked while lifting luggage into the overhead on an airplane. I also got a pedicure on my second visit and both services were done simultaneously. I don't find this relaxing as it feels rushed focusing both on feet and hands. Last visit was just a few days ago and already my nail broke while removing the top of a seasoning jar. I could tell my nails were thinner as the last couple visits 2 layers of base were applied before color and this time only color was applied. I have seen a few technicians working there but always the same one doing everyone's nails. Not sure if the work load is distributed to allow for quality work.

Why pay $60, then 10 days later $5.00 then another 4 days later $50 for refill. Ve the front desk manager was very RUDE AND CONDENSING, I requested to speak with owner. She wrote the number for me to call and I asked if she would call and explain. She spoke with him and he requested to speak with me. After speaking with him he understood my frustration and further EXPLAINED THEY HAVE A 3 DAY POLICY. This is not written on any notices located in the establishment and I never had a problem before. My only concern was stand behind your product, it is not the COST but the PRINCIPLE. I was very respectable, calm and not rude but I was appalled and astonished it was unreal. The owner asked if I would come back and do not worry about the $5.oo but at this point I was embarrassed and not a fond of how I was treated. I told him I would pay the $5.00 and NEVER RETURN due to the inconsistency and disrespect. He was apologetic but the way I was treated by the manager (VE) who did not even want to give me her name which I had to get from the owner. I left peacefully and will not return. After I told the lady the service I needed and picked my color, I was immediately taken to the pedicure chair where my tech Liam was ready and waiting for me. I was offered a variety of beverage choices but declined since I had my own cup of flavored water. When I say this man took his time with me and rubbed & scrubbed my feet... he did ALL the things. I dern near fell asleep. I was also pleased with their prices as the place across the street that I used to go to was much higher so this was another plus for Grand Posh. I'll definitely be going back to see Liam when it's time for my next pedicure.
