My 77 year old mother has been having a pedicure there for 3 years. This week she made the appt. Arrived early. Was held waiting 30 minutes while others were coming in and being served before her. Then they double booked as the lady that was handling her pedicure was rushing to get to the next client and cut my mother two separate times on her toes. She is on heart meds and blood thinners. Then the cc machines were not working and she could not get the Zelle to work and did not expect to have cash. She had to go home. Get the cash. Which was 25. And they added 2.50 for a tip and she only had 30 dollars cash and they could not give her change. So she ended up giving a 5 dollar tip. Which would be fine if the service was good and she did not have to drive home to get cash to pay. To treat anyone like this might as well an elderly lady has no excuse. read more

(Services : Dip Nails & Pedicure) Been going here since March and the service has steadily declined. Sometimes I was offered a drink, sometimes it wasn't until I was about to leave. My first visit, I left thinking I found my nail spot. Second visit, nail art was not so great and integrity of my nail was not strong as 2 nails cracked while lifting luggage into the overhead on an airplane. I also got a pedicure on my second visit and both services were done simultaneously. I don't find this relaxing as it feels rushed focusing both on feet and hands. Last visit was just a few days ago and already my nail broke while removing the top of a seasoning jar. I could tell my nails were thinner as the last couple visits 2 layers of base were applied before color and this time only color was applied. I have seen a few technicians working there but always the same one doing everyone's nails. Not sure if the work load is distributed to allow for quality work. read more

My first visit was perfect, my last two visits, not so much. The overall service was great but on my last two visits my gel polish started chipping just a few days after I got my nails done. If you're getting acrylics done, Helen is great. But I do not recommend getting any gel polish services here. Okay, so we came here for two pedis, two full sets, and a princess package ( kids pedi and mani). Overall, I feel like we got the bare minimum in service. Time - our appt was at 4:30 and they didn't start my pedi until 5:30 (my daughter was done by this time and my friend was finishing her pedi). I left this place at 7;30 with my incomplete nails because I had somewhere to be at 8. When we walked in, we weren't greeted or addressed by anyone until we said we had an appt. My daughters package was $30 which included pedi, mani and two designs. She really wanted a flower but the lady quickly left to another client. Okay, fine I was just going to ask the person who was going to do my design if they can just do a quick flower on her BUT the lady also left after doing my nails solid white to another client. I asked to have my eyelashes removed which that was done (painfully). No one ever came to finish my nails with the design I requested twice. At this point, I realized this shop wasn't for me. I just moved from out of state so I am looking for a shop to be a regular at and I know this place isn't capable of that. I've paid the same amount for a refill with broken nails AND designs. I wouldn't mind paying this much if the service were worth it. I normally pay $50 or more because I get designs. Being that this was my first time here I wanted to keep it basic. I was offered nothing to drink, not even water, and kim was really rude. I won't be coming back to waste my money. This is long overdue... I have been coming here for almost a year now. Lilly is exceptional and so is her staff! Everyone is very nice and attentative. Not to mention FREE drinks (including alcohol) . Scheduling is very flexible, and anytime I have an incident or need a quick fix, Lilly is able to get me in asap! I had a really negative experience here, despite it coming recommended by my mom and sister. I was back in town for the holidays and wanted to treat my mom. Called to ask for an appointment later that afternoon for 2:30 and was told on phone they couldn't accommodate us until 2:45, sure - said I'd take that but couldn't come any later because of a work meeting. 30 minutes later they call me back and say that they had an earlier appointment trying to move to later and whether I can come earlier. We land at 2:15pm. At 2:15 on the dot, my mom and I arrive. We pick out colors quickly are asked to wait. We aren't seated for 15 mins past our appointment time and when we are, lady informs me the color I've chosen isn't shellac and to pick something else from the pink bin. Okay, my mistake, I pick another color. I then rejoin my mom. And wait. And wait. My mom asks the lady doing her pedicure to at least run water in my station since I am sitting there idly. And now it's 45 minutes PAST the rescheduled appointment time (why did they even ask me to come earlier if they couldn't actually accommodate both of us) before they actually get the water on for me. And a lady finally starts on my feet. Only after she's begun (an hour after my appointment time) am I informed that the new finger nail polish is also not shellac (though selected from the pink bin as I was told). They tell me they'll look for a similar color once the lady working on the woman next to me is done. I say fine. But then the lady who is going to look for and do my finger nails isn't actually done for another 15 mins. At this point, I'm concerned that I am not going to make my work meeting. So I tel them let's skip the manicure and just do the pedicure. This seems to piss them off - and I am like wtf it's not my fault that you guys are running AN HOUR late from my appointment time. Anyways, mom and I finish the pedicures. They can't seem to get rid of me fast enough. Don't even put in toe separators or anything before my flip flops. I go up to pay for us both, and despite the poor experience still give a 20% tip. They give me a loyalty card and stamp it once. I ask to have 2, one for my mom, and the lady says no I can only have 1 because it's only 1 payment. WTF - how does that make sense? Mom offers to pay for herself and the lady ignores her. Mom repeats herself and the lady is like "sorry, already charged one card." I have NEVER heard of a loyalty card that is by payment and not by person or procedure. And I thought the fact that THEY called me to ask me to come earlier and then made me wait an hour before starting was ridiculous. I wish they had just been upfront about the delays and then I could have come back. read more

I got my nails done (shellac+pedicure)... it was a little pricey it ended up being like 72 dollars but I felt it was worth it. I had to get some nails soaked off ($10), the pedicure ($32), and the shellac ($30). I loved my pedicure, it came with a ten minutes massage but if I am completely honest with you, when I got the massage I had already thought I received it, lol. I just felt really taken care of and I don't mind the prices. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone, they have never let me down and always give me good service. However, I do always go to Helen for my *nails* (it's hard to mess up toes) so there's that. read more
