My front door lock is extremely difficult to open since it's a customize lock, he didn't struggle one bit and opened it for me. He even offer to copy a key for me for free. I never thought it would happen, but I managed to lock myself out of my house. I called and explained the situation - particularly the fact that I was 1.5 hours away; I was provided with an estimate and assurance that someone could be at my residence as requested. The serviceman was at my house when I arrived. He assessed which door would be the easiest to access and in less than 10 minutes he had me in the house! Even though he had to unlock two locks, he only charged me for one. Locks are still functional with no visible signs of damage. Pleasant, quick, and reasonably priced service! So I started my day off on a bad note, realizing I had lost my car keys they day before. As I looked on line most lock and key places were closed or wanted an absorbent amount to come out on a Sunday . To my delight I found Kat'z Lock and key and they were open.
