Honest and quick! I had a problem with my front door handle that would always stick, and I thought I would need a need door handle. Gabe came out and quickly discovered that it was just getting stuck because the door latch was dirty. He cleaned it out with a can of cleaner/lubricant and it was like a brand new door handle. The price was very reasonable - far more than replacing for sure, and I was very pleased that he was so honest about it just needing to be cleaned. A dishonest locksmith could have very easily convinced me that it needed to be replaced, and I would have spent hundreds of dollars for no reason. Absolutely Amazing!! They were the only people who would help me with my unique situation and unique car. (2004 BMW 325i) ****Heres the story: Last night I accidentally locked my boyfriends car keys inside his trunk and all today and yesterday we called over 10+ people to help us get the trunk open to get the keys. Now for every locksmith I called they said "Okay easy no problem..." But as i further explained that the car CANT be unlocked from the inside, everyone continually denied their services because "It simply can't be done." Another very huge problem was that even if they were able to open the car itself, this car specifically wouldn't have a trunk release button to even open the trunk. I also called several BMW dealers and they said I'd have to pay over $500+ dollars for a replacement key being that it was a FOREIGN car. Many people explained to us that I'd be left with very few options. 1) Just open the car with a typical locksmith and be left to break and permanently RUIN the backseats and retrieve the keys. 2) Smash the window and ruin the seats to retrieve the remote. 3) Drill a hole into the trunk hood! 4) Ruin the trunk and just replace it. (As if it's that easy and affordable for an 18 year old college student.) 5) Or just junk the car and give up. ( couldn't believe that was even an option -.-) Being that I was running out of options and patience, I tried google one last time around 7pm and I ran into their website and simply gave them a call. I explained the entire situation and they stated they'd be able to get the keys with absolutely NO DAMAGE to the vehicle. At first I was pretty skeptical but the man on the phone mentioned that if they weren't able to retrieve my keys and open the car for me, I wouldn't be charged at all! Now how could I refuse such a full proof offer! They were the most affordable and determined hard working men I've ever come into contact with. They were able to get into the trunk with a fancy wire with a camera and hook on it and with determination retrieved it in 10 minutes! I couldn't be more pleased with their AMAZING WORK. I was nearly one more bad experience with a locksmith company from smashing the window and tearing up the seats because being without our only transportation to work and school is needless to say NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I'm absolutely satisfied with they're work and completely recommended to anybody who needs a locksmith, even someone who has "unique" circumstances as we did! Thank you Katz's!
