Pretty great bowling alley and arcade on the Garden Isle of Kaua'i. Came here during one of my recent island-hopping adventures, as it is next to the Kauai Palms Hotel where I usually like to stay when exploring this region. I went during their Rock-N-Bowl special and was able to bowl 7 games during the 1 hour I booked. Pretty fun overall. They do have a restaurant and bar on-site, though prices are somewhat expensive as to be expected. read more

September 2025 had the craziest experience here and not in a good way, one of the workers was obviously bothered by how much fun we had and had to tell us something ever 10 mins... he watched us the whole hour we were there! We had THREE LANES and on top of that about $800 at least in food and drinks with about 24 people at the end of the night. He was harassing us and just staring us down the whole night (We all felt very uncomfortable) he ruined our experience here and we probably will not be going back for the next birthday party. On top of that the women's bathroom was out of toilet paper, unsanitary, big trash cans were full/over flowing with trash, there were alcoholic drinks/food left around the tables no one cleans up in between games... read more

Kauai Lanes is one of the few places on Kauai where you can have a fun night out with your family. They have 20 lanes for bowling, an arcade, a pro shop, a bar, and a restaurant. You can bowl either per game or by the hour. The bar was pretty empty, and the food at the restaurant was a bit pricey and not worth the hype. We tried the hamburger, pizza, teriyaki fries, cheese sticks, and flatbread, and the fried pickles were the best part. The pro shop was closed, so I can't give it a proper review. They have a strict no-outside-drink or food policy, which is a bit crazy. When we walked in with a thermos flask full of water to refill a baby bottle, we were stopped by the front desk staff and told it wasn't allowed. My only issue was that I made a reservation for 1.5 hours the night before and by the time we were given our shoes and lane assignment we were already 15 minutes into our assigned reservation. I asked two different members if our time could be extended and was told our time started at the exact time on our reservation. This was disappointing but my overall experience was great! read more

Don't make your reservations for 4pm. That is the first time of the day AND the time they open. We were waiting outside the doors 15 minutes before like the instructions stated, however they did not open the doors until 4:01. Workers were still coming in before they let us in. By the time we got our shoes, bowling balls, and punched in the names on the screen, it was 4:08pm. Yet, they started the time from 4pm. We would have finished 3 games, but they pulled the plug at 5pm - all three of us finished the 7th frame of the third game. Rock and Glow on Friday nights are still fun. They play some good music to bowl to. Our only problem was our balls wouldnt come out a few times. But they quickly came to help. The food is ok. Really nothing special since it is a bowling alley. Disappointed in the chicken katsu plate. It wasn't like a regular cutlets and cut into pieces like the rest of the places on the island. It was in little pieces kind of bigger than the popcorn chicken at kfc. I would not recommend getting that. Some of the other pupus are good. Chicken nuggets were good for the kids to snack on before they bowled. There is a small bar next to the snack bar. Its a little pricey. But again, it is a bowling alley. But the bartender is really nice. And they do have karaoke. It is good for parties, and kids. Recoomend bringing them for a good time. Kids love to bowl. read more

It was a fun night all together and quite reasonable. We went on a Friday night with a bunch of my family. They charge $3 at door on weekends-kind of like a club. It had a DJ and big screen that showed videos. They even give you a wrist band if you're of legal drinking age! But the good part was the $10 all you can bowl for 2 hours that was the savings. Used to come here a lot as a kid. We went this past weekend for Rock and Bowl (9:30 - 11:30 time slot). $13 for shoe rental and 2 hours of unlimited bowling is a pretty good deal. If you don't know what Rock and Bowl is, it's basically bowling with a lot of flashing lights and loud music. Haha! The music was a mix of top 40 and K-Pop when we went. Call and make reservations because this place gets packed on Friday/Saturday nights! Prices aren't bad for regular hours either. They do $3 games on a lot of the weeknights. It's an older bowling alley, but the upkeep is good. It's clean, lots of seating. Food is mediocre, bar is fine if you just want a couple of beers while you bowl. read more

new owners and they have changed a lot of things to make it better. slowly but surely! new carpeting and the air conditioning works. i remember when they only had electric fans and it was so hot inside. not too sure if the bowling alley owner is the same family that runs the kitchen. didn't realize that the sign said 8pc wing dings plate for $10.50 until i started eating my food. i only recieved 5pcs. i don't know if that changed, but if it did they should change the sign. i remember when before the new owners took over, they always gave 8pcs, and i thought it would still be the same. it was still good though, one of the best chicken wings I've had. read more

LBC has got a new concept called sweat while you bowl. I'm bowling 2 games on the Labor day holiday afternoon and sweating like I'm working construction outdoors. This place has the A/C thermostat turned up and is relying on fans to cool the place. There were no signs, no verbal warning by cashier/shoe rental. Not my idea of fun. Outside the ocean breeze is blowing and it's cooler than inside LBC. This us my first time here and last. I've never been in a bowling alley where they purposely turn up the temperature to make it a sweat box and I've bowled in places like Kentucky during their 100 plus degree summers. If electricity is a problem then they should consider photo voltaic. read more

We have bowled here in the past 2-3 times and both times we had a great time. Once was just my family and the other time was with friends. Now if you're expecting the Bowling Alley in Vegas type of thing, don't go there. This is the local Bowling Alley. The food has stepped up a bit and the new owners have done a fairly decent job with some new operating systems. Most times and days you'll have no problem getting a lane. Then they move us to another lane that has more problems then a math test. Couldn't even play a full game in two hours because the stupid system kept messing up our game. This place sucks royally!! A hale from the mainland bought it out and immediately fired a lot of the local staff who had been there for years! Then he hired a kitchen manager who was fired the week before at the golf cafe in Lihue for sexually harassing 2 of their staff. When he came on board at the bowling alley, his first week this same guy proceeded to sexually harass a staff member there and when it was made known an official complaint was gonna be made the next day-she was called at home and let go for a totally non existant reason (said she drank too much and she happens to be a non-drinker). Interestingly enough-the upper management drink wine and beer while on the job and have expressed a low opinion of our local folks. The new owner had also talked about opening up a strip club on the island one day. I wouldn't recommend supporting this group of hale thugs in anyway! They need to go back where they belong before their corruption spreads to our beloved island! Let's send this scum back home and make space for our deserving local merchants! read more
