There were several witnesses including the service manager, who texted me right away when she saw the tow truck driver drag my car approximately 25 feet across the awning scratching the roof of my car. She and other employees are all witnesses. They are SHADY but do whatever they want because they are literally the only tow service that Geuco uses. The drivers have been loud and rude, yelling at me and my neighbors before. I have asked for reimbursement for the damage several times and they completely ignore me and have refused to pay.

He showed up in a pickup truck and I was confused because we hired him to tow the car to Lihue. My wife and 2 kids were there alone, so I was talking to the owner, Chason Manoi by phone. The car was disabled with a transmission problem. Chason was able to get the car into gear, but the dash screen showed a warning message that the transmission had a problem and not to drive it. Because of the dash warning, I insisted that Chason either tow the car or follow my family from that remote location to Lihue, since it was a transmission problem and could happen again. Chason promised that he would follow my family in the car, but then broke his promise and immediately left them alone, far from a town, in a car that was still broken. He stopped responding to texts and calls and kept the $1570. He never gave my family any receipt or paperwork, as required by the agreement I signed when I prepaid for the tow. The Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection sent them a demand letter, but Pa'A Hana Towing ignored that too. I don't usually leave reviews and have never left a negative review, but Pa'A Hana Towing was so dishonest in the way they treated us that I feel I have to... so that it doesn't happen to other people.
