    Stadium view from stands

Our annual trip to watch the Oakland A's play took us to Kansas City. This stadium is literally in the middle of nowhere. We actually thought our Urber driver was lost driving us there! The stadium itself offers a lot of amenities including miniature golf and a carousel. The team museum is fantastic and a must visit. The food options are vast. Parking is plentiful, especially when they are playing unpopular visiting teams. The best thing about the stadium is the workers. From parking attendants to ushers, they are some of the nicest people we have encountered on our trips to numerous ballparks across America. There are literally zero businesses/restaurants/bars anywhere near the stadium, so don't come early expecting to eat or drink outside the stadium. I can see why both the Royals and Chiefs are wanting to relocate.

We got to see Royals vs. Padres and loved every minute of it. Yes it was hot outside but my whole family loved the experience. Can't wait to come back.

I had to review! Everyone working the game last week was sooo welcoming, from the parking, to the gate, to the George Brett lounge staff, I mean everyone was amazing! 10 stars customer service! you all are doing a great job!!!! and the game was amazing too!

This beautiful stadium is located in Kansas City. Features include fountains, flames, fireworks and fun themed days. So fun!

I attended a Royals game recently. Upon arrival there was no-hassle free-parking. Plenty of staff was directing cars/traffic. Kauffman is on the same campus as Arrow Head and shares parking lots. There were several cool photo opportunities as we approached and entered the stadium. Once we were Inside, we purchased turkey dogs on gluten free buns, regular dogs on wheat buns, and a gluten free vegetarian hummus and veggie tray. Staff was friendly and food was tasty. Our seats overlooked home plate and the fountains across the field. The crowd is well swagged. They won! Fantastic experience all around. .

Kaufman Stadium is an old but fun ballpark. I'm happy I Got to see it before it got tore down since royal's are getting a new one!! From my experience of doing already 29 ballparks by far probably one of the most friendliest staff in every department and great local beer options for beverages!! 100% recommend!!

I am from Chicago and a White Sox fan but I always like to find a chance to watch baseball at another stadium if possible. I was in town for the World Cup and figured what the heck, I'll make it ALL about sports! The parking was fairly cheap and nicely organized, though a marker to find our car would have been great, maybe colored poles, or funny named section markers. We ate a while before coming so we just got sweets and a drink. I was happy to get a scarf for the giveaway ala FIFA style, but I liked the other companies that were there promoting themselves and doing giveaways (towels, hand sanitizer). I got soft serve at Hawaiian Bros before realizing they had another ice cream shop on site! Oh well it was fine. I liked the fountains as a nice touch; I can always stare at water when I'm bored, and the color lights in the fountain changed, which was a nice effect. The layout of the stadium is pretty standard, but I was not nuts about the smoking sections near drinks/food. Where I'm from the smoking section is away from food and drinks. The funky artwork around there was nice for 'non-sports' fans. I also wanted to come for fireworks. I have to say the music and fireworks were stunning to watch, especially near the fountains! Of course the food is overpriced so it's best to eat beforehand, but we actually saw a vodka seltzer tasting with free samples! That's not too typical in Chicago! A nice surprise. David M has a point about public transportation. To have TWO stadiums across the street from one another and no buses to get to them is criminal! I get it is near residences, but a shuttle of some sort should be an option!

Got a foul ball at his first game.

Not a bad for a stadium.......pricey everything but it's a ball park. And even though my son isn't a kid (15), I was like wow to the kids zone here. It has a carousel in there.

The K is where you want to be any night of the week! The vibes are always on point regardless if we're winning or losing. There's so much to do at Kauffman for everyone of all ages! So many delicious food options, tons of sweet treats, and yummy drinks! The fireworks on Friday nights are an absolute fav of mine, it's always a wonderful show. Definitely check out a game sometime! We love it!

Goal to see all 30 MLB stadiums and this was number 22! I love the set up of Kauffman Stadium. The employees are so friendly here as well! We stayed across the street and walked over and both times an employee found us walking and offered us a ride to and from the stadium on their golf cart. The food here was also pretty good!

Next door to the chief stadium I decided to drive around and see the massive stadium and check out the scenery. Plentiful parking, ample seating. I'm going in next time but for now I'll enjoy my self guided tour lol

It's a great ballpark! I've been coming here since I was a kid in the 70s and 80s. They have taken great care of it. It's dated, but still majestic. Of course most things like food and drink are super expensive. They do have a value menu at some stands. The Royals aren't doing great right now. But it's fun to watch a game. Banana Ball and Big Slick are more fun to watch than the Royals at this point.

Haven't been to a game in a couple decades, so it was nice to snag some last minute tickets for the game versus the Mets from the Gametime app. We got the SRO tickets but then were able to walk the park and hang out at random spots. As a Twins fan, it was enjoyable to watch a game but also to explore and have fun with friends. We for sure will be back, but hopefully when the Twins are playing!!

We always love coming to Kauffman Stadium for Royals games. It's one of those places that just feels special every time you walk in. On our most recent visit, we took the stadium tour before the game, and it was a great experience seeing the field up close and watching Bobby Witt Jr. take batting practice was a real highlight. The staff went above and beyond, even handing out bobbleheads for the kids, and to top it off, they got Bobby Witt Jr.'s autograph on them. It made their day and honestly made ours too. The atmosphere at Kauffman is always fun and family-friendly, and the ballpark food never disappoints. We make it out to several games each year because the experience is consistently enjoyable. From the friendly staff to the great views and the overall vibe, it's easily one of our favorite places to spend a game day.

Hanging out with friends in a no rush way is the way to go. Entered in gate A for the Royals jersey giveaway. I love that you were able to go on to Little K to exchange for bigger sizes (S-3XL) I love this size inclusiveness. Our group purchased the ladies night theme ticket so we also got the wristlet . Cute. Vendors were set up all along the outside path. Jewelry, earrings, skincare, Photo Bus, Graceland Nursing program(by far my fav giveaway booth). I made my way to get a new souvenir cup. I was disappointed that the soda machine and ice was down at the particular location outside gate B and I had to go to another location. Not a horrible but inconvenient. I think it would be nice to have a staff member outside the Ladles Night light display to take pics even for just the first hour so you don't have to stop random people to take your group picture. Our seats were in the upper level all together. Right behind home plate and the perfect seats for us. Not too far up from the entrance and perfect view! We wanted to try out the Rum drink inside the cute little igloo glass. We decorated it with our cute little people but the glass was just as cute without. Strawberry rum was by far our fav choice of all. I love that you can take in 1 water bottle and snacks that fit in a clear ziploc bag. How family friendly cost saving is that! We also purchased popcorn, pretzels and dipping dots. There are so many food choices and many are kiosks of well known KC restaurants. Chef J is my fav BBQ place. The Crown store was running a special so it was quite crowded but still were able to get in and out fairly quickly. I think the prices are a little higher than what you can find at outside stores but the variety and selection outstanding. Definitely will find something for a Royals fan. Fans and shaded areas everywhere if you get too hot in your seats. Most evening games are just the right temperature. Ushers are quick to keep the breezeways clear but I think taking a quick pic is not asking too much but they can be quite serious about not even for a pic can you stop there. The scoreboard, fountains, and backgrounds are just beautiful. I can remember this being a KC tradition growing up and they have just modernized it. Very family friendly games that are interactive throughout the game.

It took over two decades, and my brother and I came out to finalize this quest. The ballpark is in the middle of nowhere and is next door to the Chiefs football stadium. Although the park is very old, it was clean and appeared modern. They kept everything in good shape. Signage was good, the concourses were open, and seeing the fountains and waterfalls in the outfield was very pleasant. As you walk around the ballpark, there's a lot for families to do with their kids behind the outfield. Concessions for the most part were like any other ballpark fare. Prices were high, too. However, there were multiple free COLD water stations available. You can also bring your own food in and water (up to one liter) in a clear bag. I did buy a milkshake. The staffer did not know what a black and white was! If you don't know either, it's chocolate and vanilla together to make the shake. Very tasty. We liked the place and since the Phillies lost on Friday, we decided to come Saturday where they beat the bejeezus out of the Royals. One of JT Realmuto's home runs landed in the water in front of our section. Couldn't reach the ball, and if we tried to go in, then it's off to jail we go. We had to deal with some friendly ribbing, but not like in Philadelphia for other fans. When we purchased our tickets for Saturday, one of the volunteers overheard us talking about where to stand, and he was nice enough to check and said once the game started we could sit in a section where there were a lot of empty seats and pointed out specifically where to go. We got a row all to ourselves and we're able to give ourselves some room. The seats are not really meant for big guys. The largest video screen in baseball is set vertically with Roman column lighting behind. Didn't like it. Also did not care for having a large putting green in front of the video board. Visually unappealing especially with the beautiful water fountains and falls off each side. Overall, we had a great time at Kauffman Park and happy we went to the second game because we pulled off a win.

The parking lot was also filled with FIFA sponsors and a store of course to buy merch. WE passed overflowing containers of bottles and things that were not allowed in. Once we got close, there were no well defined and organized lines near the gates or entrances. People were a little frustrated but no incidents that I saw. Getting in was ok, but we passed what seemed like 3 levels of security, which I can totally understand for such a huge event. Once inside we were fine. The setup of the stadium pretty standard. We ate a couple of hours before, so we just got drinks and snacks. (the price of Flamin Hot Cheetos was crazy!) and my party got a souvenir cup. The inside photos of the match were great! WE had nice seats to see the action; as a Chicagoan I compare most stadiums to Soldier Field, and it's not much better or worse. The bathrooms were ok, I think, and the red/yellow seats were unique. Getting out was just terrible! We visited a couple of booths in the parking lot to get free swag, and when it came time to head to the buses, there were crowds and ill organized lines with signs of where to go. It was a long, hot hour plus nightmare with people getting very cranky (us included). WE opted for the bus when we read that FIFA wanted $120 for parking!! Nuts to that! Our first impression was the outstanding customer service. Whether it was the ticket takers, concession staff, or guest services team, everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The stadium itself was also immaculate. One of the best things about an 11,500-seat stadium is that there really isn't a bad seat in the house. The sightlines are excellent, and it's a quick walk to the concessions and restrooms from just about anywhere. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to install some of those Big Ass Fans beneath the roof overhang to help keep fans cooler on warm evenings. We were in Section 231, Row 18 on July 29. It was about 90 degrees with lower humidity and overcast skies. You could feel a nice breeze when walking through the concourse, but once we were back in our seats, the air felt warm and still. The new Morton Amphitheater uses these fans under its roof, and they make a noticeable difference. If CPKC Stadium is ever expanded, they would be a terrific addition. The match itself couldn't have been much better. The Current defeated Racing Louisville 5-1, and the first four goals were scored at our end of the field in the first half. We definitely picked the right side to sit on! Someone told us to stop by Guest Services for a complimentary First Match pin. Later we saw 2 employees dragging a huge box of scarves into the guest services office. We went over to ask about them but was met with the door being shut in our face before we could politely ask about them. Later in the evening there was a woman with a bunch around her neck walking around asking trivia questions but she only allowed one of us to play the game ( there were two of us)... And yet we saw her putting scarves around three little children who weren't even capable of playing the game a few minutes later. Now for the worst part of the evening...Fans were not allowed to sit in the shaded area of the stands and were told that we had to sit in the lower seating area on the east side in the glaring sun if we wanted seats, and that they were "filming" and wanted to make sure that the lower area was filled first. Yet the lower area on the west/shaded side was only open to VIPs. ( this was a free event and there was no option for a VIP ticket. So we have no idea how those seats were distributed) They had huge fans set up but they weren't turned on. It was a heat index of 102°!! We were forced to stand in the common areas for shade for 1.5 hrs before they finally opened up the shaded upper area on the west side. We know of two people that were overcome by heat, one of them was a child. Now about the Ted Lasso part of the event...The fact that five members of the cast came out said "hi" and were on the screen less than a minute before showing a 1 min preview clip of the next season & then leaving was very dissapointing. we never saw them again. Later there seemed to be social media posts that showed more but that didnt actually happen was shocking. We really expected a little more from this promotion due to the hype and the Ted Lasso bus riding around Kansas City all day. Very poor planning, and a lot of disappointed fans leaving the stadium early. We rode back on the streetcar to a lot of people just complaining about how disappointed they were and how badly it was handled. One more item that was very disappointing was for a FIFA Semi final watch party event the speaker system in the stadium was not working well. Fans could not hear what was going on at all and a lot of people left to go other places to watch the game. Incident Details: Time/Location: Saturday, May 16, 2026, at approximately 7:30 PM at the back entrance of T-Mobile Center during the UMKC graduation. What Happened: I exited and attempted to re-enter through the back entrance. I was stopped by security and told I could not re-enter. At the same time, I personally witnessed a white family being allowed to re-enter through that same entrance without issue. I was singled out and denied the same access granted to others. Escalation: When I asked to speak to a supervisor, my request was ignored by security. A KCPD officer on site then threatened me with arrest simply for asking for a supervisor. I was not disruptive, threatening, or violating any posted policy. Staff Involved: I do not have badge numbers or names. The security staff and KCPD officer involved can be identified via security camera footage from the back entrance at approximately 7:30 PM on May 16, 2026. I request that this footage be preserved immediately. My Concerns: Discrimination: Denying me re-entry while allowing a white family to re-enter is disparate treatment based on race. This violates Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Missouri Human Rights Act §213.065 RSMo, which prohibit discrimination in places of public accommodation. Intimidation by Law Enforcement: Threatening arrest for requesting a supervisor is retaliatory and an abuse of authority. Premises Liability: Under Missouri law, T-Mobile Center has a duty to ensure its agents treat invitees lawfully and without discrimination. Requested Resolution: Immediate preservation and review of all security footage from the back entrance at approximately 7:30 PM on May 16, 2026. Identification of and investigation into the security staff and KCPD officer involved. Written response within 10 business days detailing findings and corrective actions, including anti-discrimination training. Written apology for the treatment I received at my son's graduation. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and that all relevant video and records will be retained pending investigation. This was my son's college graduation. No parent should be subjected to racism and police threats on a day meant for celebration. Michelle
