Fun for all ages! The ferris wheel is a great view of the city, especially on a clear day. We could see trains coming and going from several directions while at the top. The cabins are spacious and have music, ac, and light controls. Very bougie. The ride is about 10-15 mins and there is a panic button should you decide you need to escape!

We had a great time on a weeknight. There were just a few other groups so we didn't have to wait long for the next mini golf hole or to ride the Wheel. The staff was polite and we checked in quickly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Next time we'll grab a drink or a snack and enjoy the patio.

Even though the only picture I got was blurry and outside the wheel, the ride on the Ferris wheel was great after I got over my fear of swinging at the top! Only reason it wasn't a 10/10 was because the ventilation wasn't rhe greatest. It got foggy as hell, we couldn't see much.

So, we decided to finally check out the KC Wheel on a day date we had in downtown Kansas City. And it ended up being exactly what I thought it would be, which is a tourist attraction that the vast majority of locals will probably never try it out. The only reason we really did was because we were in the area and were looking to kill some time. But we'd likely never go again. There isn't really anything else to do there other than ride the ferris wheel, and it's far enough from downtown that you don't really get a good view of anything. Even the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. So, not really an enjoyable experience that we'll be returning to in the future. Amazing date night , girls night place. We tried the drinks and dessert ( funnel cake sticks) . They had mini golf that's fun for all ages. Staff were easy to talk to and give suggestions, but the best thing was the ferris wheel. It doesn't move to fast to you are able to capture breath taking photos and views of downtown Kansas. Even in the hot summer months it has air conditioning and fun music to listen to. It's very spacious on in the inside.

I came alone but didn't feel alone . It was a great time! The staff were nice and pleasant. The ride was smooth . I like how you ride at least 3 times around . It was a good night.

I loved the ride on the wheel, and was SO happy it was longer than expected! The temperature-controlled cars are comfortable, and provide a steady, non-jiggly ride. It was also easier to get there than expected, and there was free parking on site, even though we went on a Saturday night. It's important to know in advance that it is a NO CASH ZONE! Other than views of the infamous hair curlers, the Liberty Memorial, Union Station, Kauffman, the big lit up TV antenna tower, and other skyline attractions, there was lots of traffic, an accident, and emergency vehicles on I-35 N to add a little excitement, as seems to be the usual every night now. Every employee/staff member we encountered was laid-back, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately very little of the pricey food on their menu was available, and some drinks were sold out. You CAN take food and beverage purchased there on the ride, but NO outside food or beverages are allowed. The public restroom was out of order so we were escorted to the staff restroom. Be sure to follow the process online if purchasing your ticket ahead, and take a screenshot of your confirmed order to show when you arrive. I enjoyed it and would go again!

I love a wheel experience in any city and this is cute and fun for friends coming into town. Grab some bubbly in a bubble and play a round of KC putt-putt before!

So much fun! The wheel ride was longer than I expected. The drinks were delicious. The staff was super helpful. We had 6 adults in the wheel and it was a very comfortable ride. We wanted to hit the red emergency button, just because, but refrained because we are adults. From the highway the wheel looked smaller than I expected but the views were awesome! Everything was very clean.

Aesthetically appealing with the art decor on the shipping containers, remnant of Iron District

It was a nice turn of a view seeing what I've seen from many other viewpoints.. the KC skyline. I wouldn't do it again unless there was some lightning across the downtown never seen before but so many professional pictures capture those landscapes nowadays. I can say I experienced it. It'll be interesting to see what else is developed in the little spot by the freeway. Parking seemed limited. The wheel itself rocks with each rotation. Not sure if you're able to partake in a drink before or during as we arrived a little before closing but that would probably enhance the experience I'm sure! There's a queue for about 10-15 mins. With other cities having the same attraction with much more height than 150 ft and scope of view this was just ok!

Such a fun experience! You get wonderful views of the skyline with good drinks! It's a perfect date night place especially if you like some mini golf. Easily could spend a couple of hours there.

This was fun, put put, food trucks/drinks and a ride on the wheel is an experience worth having with a friend!

Great fun. Cool set up. Fast and simple fun. Mini golf is a little short but great for young kids.

The Puttery completely blew me away!!…read more This place had been on my list to try out for a long time and I wish I'd gone sooner. It's located in a cool area in the middle of the plaza right underneath Chiefs Fit gym. As soon as you enter you get a feel for the great ambiance and fun variety of music. We came in during a cold snowy day and took full advantage of the FREE coat check at the front desk. On the first floor there's a mini golf course as well as a full bar and seating area. Once you go downstairs though, you'll see just how massive the place is. Theres TONS of seating and cool little nooks to hangout in which make it great for a date night or corporate events. Once you get into the mini golf there's some great courses to check out. Each one has a different theme and they make it super simple to track your points. Simply enter the names of all your players on the touch screen at the first hole, then enter the number of strokes afterwards. After that it will follow you throughout the course until you're finished and tell you who wins at the end! There's also a place to sit your drinks at the start of each hole with a menu of course specific cocktails that I highly recommend trying. Every part of this place is perfect to take pictures and have a great time. But in my opinion, the true highlight of the Puttery is the food. I had the pleasure of meeting the head chef while here and he truly puts his heart into the menu. Our server Mariah was also super helpful giving us drink and food recommendations throughout our time here. Everything sounded amazing but I had to go with the Cajun Chicken Philly since I'm a sucker for a Philly sandwich. It was one of my favorite sandwiches I've ever had. From the soft delicious bread to the unbelievably juicy and tender chicken, this was such a great dish. The combination of ingredients and the plating itself made it clear that nothing comes as an afterthought here. I also tried the loaded fries which were a great recent addition to the menu. Last, we finished it off by trying the Tiramisu, Raspberry Donut Cheesecake, and the Bourbon Bread Pudding. Each one was really amazing but my favorite was the Raspberry Donut Cheesecake, and I'm not even a huge cheesecake fan! I definitely plan to come back here just for the food because it was so delicious!! And on top of that, they recently started a meal prep service which I plan to take full advantage of! Overall you can tell that every detail is thought through at the Puttery. It truly feels like a luxury experience with an element of fun to round it out. The service is amazing and the food and drinks are to die for. If you're ever looking for a fun date night, a group outing, or even just a place for a solo dinner or drinks, you have to check this place out!

We did all of that and took quite a bit of snapshots along the way. First stop in at front to indicate the experience you want to have. Maleah handled our check-in and they offer a coat check as well. There are 3 courses: First floor, Art Museum; Basement level has Conservatory and Rooftop courses. All have unique displays curated with 9-holes to take on. You can enjoy drinks while you goto each hole which makes for more enjoyment! I'm not going to lie; it was very challenging and extremely fun! We hit all 3 courses. As far as playing mini-golf and attempting to do well, I'd say I like the Conservatory course. We pretty much were there until closing. There was also food & drinks a part of our visit. We sat at the bar where Madi served up 3 great drinks and we go to try the Spinach Artichoke dip. She made us Espresso martini and then a Pumkin flavored martini, both tasted exactly as expected with a bit a Baileys for added flavor.

Don't waste your time for mini-golf at this dump, go spend your hard earned money at Cool Crest…read moreinstead. The course isn't lit, so forget going any time other than in the middle of the day. Of course that won't stop them from letting you show up at night and pay and get up there to find out that it is dark and nearly impossible to play. Forget obstacles, here they have bricks. That's right. Motorized moving rocket ships? No....Alligator mouths? No way. Bricks. THat's right. Bricks. To change things up sometimes there is a brick on the right, oh and get this, sometimes on the left...crazy. Every hole seems to have strange little divots etc. that you hit in the ground, not by design, but through lack of maintenance or craftmenship. One hole on the garden course is actually impossible due to lack of maintenance. Other than sending us off to play on an unlit mini-golf course at night the staff is plenty friendly, but a cute blonde girl at the counter does not make for a good mini-golf course. I want my money back jerks.
