Ok we splurged and got the annual pass in the Mothers Day sale. It was on and off drizzly but we selected a drink ( discount with the pass) and enjoyed an evening view of the city!!! We even checked out the mini golf course!! It was delightful, busy and plenty of parking!!

Went for Mother's Day, It was free for the mothers! Which was very nice. We were actually on the wheel much longer than we expected lol. We enjoyed our time! I think we went around 6x! After, we went and did the 15 holes of mini put! There's a QR code where you can track your puts and Talley them up at the end! Beautiful day, great time! Highly recommended for families!

We had a great time on a weeknight. There were just a few other groups so we didn't have to wait long for the next mini golf hole or to ride the Wheel. The staff was polite and we checked in quickly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Next time we'll grab a drink or a snack and enjoy the patio.

Even though the only picture I got was blurry and outside the wheel, the ride on the Ferris wheel was great after I got over my fear of swinging at the top! Only reason it wasn't a 10/10 was because the ventilation wasn't rhe greatest. It got foggy as hell, we couldn't see much.

Fun for all ages! The ferris wheel is a great view of the city, especially on a clear day. We could see trains coming and going from several directions while at the top. The cabins are spacious and have music, ac, and light controls. Very bougie. The ride is about 10-15 mins and there is a panic button should you decide you need to escape!

So, we decided to finally check out the KC Wheel on a day date we had in downtown Kansas City. And it ended up being exactly what I thought it would be, which is a tourist attraction that the vast majority of locals will probably never try it out. The only reason we really did was because we were in the area and were looking to kill some time. But we'd likely never go again. There isn't really anything else to do there other than ride the ferris wheel, and it's far enough from downtown that you don't really get a good view of anything. Even the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. So, not really an enjoyable experience that we'll be returning to in the future. You can see more of our experience on our YouTube travel channel: https://youtu.be/dzwtGef0FhI

Amazing date night , girls night place. We tried the drinks and dessert ( funnel cake sticks) . They had mini golf that's fun for all ages. Staff were easy to talk to and give suggestions, but the best thing was the ferris wheel. It doesn't move to fast to you are able to capture breath taking photos and views of downtown Kansas. Even in the hot summer months it has air conditioning and fun music to listen to. It's very spacious on in the inside.

I came alone but didn't feel alone . It was a great time! The staff were nice and pleasant. The ride was smooth . I like how you ride at least 3 times around . It was a good night.

I loved the ride on the wheel, and was SO happy it was longer than expected! The temperature-controlled cars are comfortable, and provide a steady, non-jiggly ride. It was also easier to get there than expected, and there was free parking on site, even though we went on a Saturday night. It's important to know in advance that it is a NO CASH ZONE! Other than views of the infamous hair curlers, the Liberty Memorial, Union Station, Kauffman, the big lit up TV antenna tower, and other skyline attractions, there was lots of traffic, an accident, and emergency vehicles on I-35 N to add a little excitement, as seems to be the usual every night now. Every employee/staff member we encountered was laid-back, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately very little of the pricey food on their menu was available, and some drinks were sold out. You CAN take food and beverage purchased there on the ride, but NO outside food or beverages are allowed. The public restroom was out of order so we were escorted to the staff restroom. Be sure to follow the process online if purchasing your ticket ahead, and take a screenshot of your confirmed order to show when you arrive. I enjoyed it and would go again!

I love a wheel experience in any city and this is cute and fun for friends coming into town. Grab some bubbly in a bubble and play a round of KC putt-putt before!

Joshua, JC, and Shanea were awesome!! What a fun experience and service. We had a great time! Can't wait to come back!

It was a nice turn of a view seeing what I've seen from many other viewpoints.. the KC skyline. I wouldn't do it again unless there was some lightning across the downtown never seen before but so many professional pictures capture those landscapes nowadays. I can say I experienced it. It'll be interesting to see what else is developed in the little spot by the freeway. Parking seemed limited. The wheel itself rocks with each rotation. Not sure if you're able to partake in a drink before or during as we arrived a little before closing but that would probably enhance the experience I'm sure! There's a queue for about 10-15 mins. With other cities having the same attraction with much more height than 150 ft and scope of view this was just ok!

So much fun! The wheel ride was longer than I expected. The drinks were delicious. The staff was super helpful. We had 6 adults in the wheel and it was a very comfortable ride. We wanted to hit the red emergency button, just because, but refrained because we are adults. From the highway the wheel looked smaller than I expected but the views were awesome! Everything was very clean.

Bar tender staff is amazing. Wheel staff is not. Don't even bother buying the photo package if you're coming at night.

The Puttery completely blew me away!!…read more This place had been on my list to try out for a long time and I wish I'd gone sooner. It's located in a cool area in the middle of the plaza right underneath Chiefs Fit gym. As soon as you enter you get a feel for the great ambiance and fun variety of music. We came in during a cold snowy day and took full advantage of the FREE coat check at the front desk. On the first floor there's a mini golf course as well as a full bar and seating area. Once you go downstairs though, you'll see just how massive the place is. Theres TONS of seating and cool little nooks to hangout in which make it great for a date night or corporate events. Once you get into the mini golf there's some great courses to check out. Each one has a different theme and they make it super simple to track your points. Simply enter the names of all your players on the touch screen at the first hole, then enter the number of strokes afterwards. After that it will follow you throughout the course until you're finished and tell you who wins at the end! There's also a place to sit your drinks at the start of each hole with a menu of course specific cocktails that I highly recommend trying. Every part of this place is perfect to take pictures and have a great time. But in my opinion, the true highlight of the Puttery is the food. I had the pleasure of meeting the head chef while here and he truly puts his heart into the menu. Our server Mariah was also super helpful giving us drink and food recommendations throughout our time here. Everything sounded amazing but I had to go with the Cajun Chicken Philly since I'm a sucker for a Philly sandwich. It was one of my favorite sandwiches I've ever had. From the soft delicious bread to the unbelievably juicy and tender chicken, this was such a great dish. The combination of ingredients and the plating itself made it clear that nothing comes as an afterthought here. I also tried the loaded fries which were a great recent addition to the menu. Last, we finished it off by trying the Tiramisu, Raspberry Donut Cheesecake, and the Bourbon Bread Pudding. Each one was really amazing but my favorite was the Raspberry Donut Cheesecake, and I'm not even a huge cheesecake fan! I definitely plan to come back here just for the food because it was so delicious!! And on top of that, they recently started a meal prep service which I plan to take full advantage of! Overall you can tell that every detail is thought through at the Puttery. It truly feels like a luxury experience with an element of fun to round it out. The service is amazing and the food and drinks are to die for. If you're ever looking for a fun date night, a group outing, or even just a place for a solo dinner or drinks, you have to check this place out!

We did all of that and took quite a bit of snapshots along the way. First stop in at front to indicate the experience you want to have. Maleah handled our check-in and they offer a coat check as well. There are 3 courses: First floor, Art Museum; Basement level has Conservatory and Rooftop courses. All have unique displays curated with 9-holes to take on. You can enjoy drinks while you goto each hole which makes for more enjoyment! I'm not going to lie; it was very challenging and extremely fun! We hit all 3 courses. As far as playing mini-golf and attempting to do well, I'd say I like the Conservatory course. We pretty much were there until closing. There was also food & drinks a part of our visit. We sat at the bar where Madi served up 3 great drinks and we go to try the Spinach Artichoke dip. She made us Espresso martini and then a Pumkin flavored martini, both tasted exactly as expected with a bit a Baileys for added flavor.

We had a blast as did the few other folks playing. Inside there is an arcade and a small diner with over priced food. Didn't buy any so can't tell you if it's good or not. The restrooms inside were opened and the ones outside were not. It's only like $10 a game per person, 12 if you want two and you can buy up to 4 which I believe was $15. They give you tickets so you don't have to play them all at once. At the end of your course you can aim for 3 holes to try and win a BOGO game. Used to be a free game you could win. Sad it's BOGO now. So if you want something cheaper than the movies, World's of Fun/Oceans of Fun or even the Prehistoric putt putt golf further down 40 highway give this place a try. I had read the reviews prior to my visit, so I knew to go when it was still daylight, and that I might not be terribly challenged by the course, but for a lazy Sunday, this was pretty perfect. There were no lines, and we opted for the Garden course, which we were told was the more challenging of the two courses. I lost, as usual, but only by one stroke, so that definitely added to the experience! We didn't find the more difficult course to be that difficult, but we still had fun, and I'd go back again sometime if we're in the area and feeling like a mini golf game. Actually, my husband wants to check out the proper golf course (and possibly try to get me out to play), and I could see giving it a shot.
