This was a great experience!! We got tix on Seat Geek and bought a parking pass for the night. Going in was pretty easy, though they had some weird traffic blockages as soon as we got off I-29. Inside the stadium was amazing!! We were in the West Club section. They had a buffet before and during the match. Most drinks were included. It was a very nice experience. The KC Current played okay. They gave up the draw goal in the 90th minute, so that was a bit of a bummer, but we are still undefeated. Getting out of the parking lot was kind of a nightmare. It only holds around 1000 cars total and we were in the lost west of the premium parking. It took us 40 minutes to get out. Most of the time we were just sitting still. The end of game exodus needs to be better organized. The traffic directors were lackadaisical and slow. But the entrance to the stadium was a breeze, the same with our section in and out. Just a great experience except for the parking.

First rate experience with every contact from stadium personnel at the gate, guest services, the bar was hospitable and impeccable! It's genuine consideration that I felt especially when they knew it was our first game at CPKC! My entire family enjoyed the upgrade to West club! The food and drinks served were delicious. The featured mixed drink was delicious and I appreciated the treatment and customer service, always friendly with a smile! The energy throughout the game was upbeat and fun! The Surface Tension drum-line and chats kep us, the stadium crowd, engaged and I'm pretty sure the team rallied with every rumble! The KC Current team played against Washington Spirit and won their last game of the season during Current's Female Athlete Night! We truly enjoyed everything! The swag we picked up from different local entities like UMKC, University of Kansas, United Way and League of Women Voters, was a bonus!

First ever game in the first ever stadium for women's sports!

First ones in at the first game ever! First stadium in US history specifically for professional women's sports. What a time for Kansas City! Sightlines are amazing. TONS of facilities, concessions are focused locally and are super varied, and WiFi is robust and free (#KCBABY is the SSID). Stuff is going to happen here. So, sure, parking is rough, and yeah, the paint is literally still drying, but see the forest for the trees. This place is on the map, and like the Seinfeld quote, it's REAL and it's SPECTACULAR!

Welcome to the only women's professional sports stadium in the world! That's right! Here in KC, we are leading the way. There is no bad seat at CPKC. Hungry? Order food from your seats and pick It up when ready! There are vegan and vegetarian options to choose from here. I especially love Yoli tortilleria. This is a super positive and enjoyable environment for all. The atmosphere and people are great, not to mention the views.

Opening day was more than amazing. Beautiful new stadium built specifically for women's sports. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. Thousands of people wearing the Current's colors to fill the stadium. If you have the pleasure of visiting Kansas City, try to plan around a KC Current home game, I don't think you'll be disappointed. This was my first in person soccer game, and I loved every moment. I honestly don't think there could be a bad seat in the stadium. We parked downtown and caught one of the free shuttles to the stadium. Not to bad as it made for easy arrival and departure. Didn't have to deal with the hassle of parking traffic. The food at the concessions was reasonably priced, AND I must mention that there is something for everyone. The ownership team made sure to have local eats throughout the stadium. Must check it out once you get the chance. KC BABY !!!

came to this stadium for the first time for the youth national qualifier on june 28th. seats in the lower 100s are super nice and are so comfy, close, and breathable and the very tippy top seats are super breezy and cool w an amazing view. there is also a lot of seating options by the food stations. since it wasn't an official game day a lot of the eateries inside were closed but i saw signs for joes barbecue, lulus thai noodle shop, billies grocery, babas pantry, yolis tortilleria, boulevard brewing co, martin city brewery, and some other generic snack stands for popcorn and stuff like that. not too sure about the parking situation but there is a premium lot (i'm sure is paid) and two big gravel lots that are maybe cheaper or just GA. you're allowed to bring all types of water bottles in and they also sell a souvenir cup that can be refilled over and over again w water or soda. overall a super clean and nice stadium with lots of snack variety!

Parking and traffic is a total joke. 11000 people move like there are 100000 people in the stadium.

Specifically..The Ted Lasso promo event. What a VERY dissapointing event!!…read moreWe arrived early to get the promo scarf but were told they were already out... there couldn't have been more than a few hundred people in the stadium when we got there. Later we saw 2 employees dragging a huge box of scarves into the guest services office. We went over to ask about them but was met with the door being shut in our face before we could politely ask about them. Later in the evening there was a woman with a bunch around her neck walking around asking trivia questions but she only allowed one of us to play the game ( there were two of us)... And yet we saw her putting scarves around three little children who weren't even capable of playing the game a few minutes later. Now for the worst part of the evening...Fans were not allowed to sit in the shaded area of the stands and were told that we had to sit in the lower seating area on the east side in the glaring sun if we wanted seats, and that they were "filming" and wanted to make sure that the lower area was filled first. Yet the lower area on the west/shaded side was only open to VIPs. ( this was a free event and there was no option for a VIP ticket. So we have no idea how those seats were distributed) They had huge fans set up but they weren't turned on. It was a heat index of 102°!! We were forced to stand in the common areas for shade for 1.5 hrs before they finally opened up the shaded upper area on the west side. We know of two people that were overcome by heat, one of them was a child. Now about the Ted Lasso part of the event...The fact that five members of the cast came out said "hi" and were on the screen less than a minute before showing a 1 min preview clip of the next season & then leaving was very dissapointing. we never saw them again. Later there seemed to be social media posts that showed more but that didnt actually happen was shocking. We really expected a little more from this promotion due to the hype and the Ted Lasso bus riding around Kansas City all day. Very poor planning, and a lot of disappointed fans leaving the stadium early. We rode back on the streetcar to a lot of people just complaining about how disappointed they were and how badly it was handled. One more item that was very disappointing was for a FIFA Semi final watch party event the speaker system in the stadium was not working well. Fans could not hear what was going on at all and a lot of people left to go other places to watch the game. So, hey #brittneymahomes...while you were enjoying yourself at Chiefs stadium, your business venture really bombed this event.

Incident Details: Time/Location: Saturday, May 16, 2026, at approximately 7:30 PM at the back entrance of T-Mobile Center during the UMKC graduation. What Happened: I exited and attempted to re-enter through the back entrance. I was stopped by security and told I could not re-enter. At the same time, I personally witnessed a white family being allowed to re-enter through that same entrance without issue. I was singled out and denied the same access granted to others. Escalation: When I asked to speak to a supervisor, my request was ignored by security. A KCPD officer on site then threatened me with arrest simply for asking for a supervisor. I was not disruptive, threatening, or violating any posted policy. Staff Involved: I do not have badge numbers or names. The security staff and KCPD officer involved can be identified via security camera footage from the back entrance at approximately 7:30 PM on May 16, 2026. I request that this footage be preserved immediately. My Concerns: Discrimination: Denying me re-entry while allowing a white family to re-enter is disparate treatment based on race. This violates Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Missouri Human Rights Act §213.065 RSMo, which prohibit discrimination in places of public accommodation. Intimidation by Law Enforcement: Threatening arrest for requesting a supervisor is retaliatory and an abuse of authority. Premises Liability: Under Missouri law, T-Mobile Center has a duty to ensure its agents treat invitees lawfully and without discrimination. Requested Resolution: Immediate preservation and review of all security footage from the back entrance at approximately 7:30 PM on May 16, 2026. Identification of and investigation into the security staff and KCPD officer involved. Written response within 10 business days detailing findings and corrective actions, including anti-discrimination training. Written apology for the treatment I received at my son's graduation. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and that all relevant video and records will be retained pending investigation. This was my son's college graduation. No parent should be subjected to racism and police threats on a day meant for celebration. Michelle

Seats in the arena are bleachers, not very comfortable, but at least they have backs on the benches. They could climb in nearly everything, there was a slide, a fire pole, etc. If you aren't familiar with the books, don't worry, they keep them stocked at each section so you can read it! Once we were done, we made our way to the bookstore. They had a wonderful large staircase that people could just relax and read books which I thought was wonderful little touch. They had a great selection of books and had a section of all the books from the displays. They have a coffee shop but unfortunately it was closed when we were there.
