Caroline at the front desk is a gem, she's so friendly and went above and beyond by calling my insurance company to check on the referral for me. That saved me a ton of hassle! Laura was excellent too. She is wonderful and really took her time. When she explained how sinus pressure can build up and affect your ears, it completely blew my mind. I had no idea! The actual allergy test was easy but they seemed disappointed when I didn't have any which is pretty weird. I presume their money comes from selling you shots or drops which I therefore didn't need but I still got an email after saying I was a great candidate for those things. Despite not having any allergies which is weird. Booking online was easy and they had appointments within days but I didn't see the provider I was allegedly booked with, it was someone else. He was nice but this place is giving "for profit business" as the vibe over just a medical facility so be wary.

When we came for the hearing test 2 years ago, it was my mom's very first hearing test. I knew she needed a hearing aid but my mom was in denial. When the doctor confirmed it and showed her the hearing test, my mom broke down crying. The staff were so nice and kind to my mom. They helped her calm down and recommended her to get a hearing aid. We came back recently for an updated hearing test and once again staff was very nice and thorough with my mom. She has gotten over the denial and wears her hearing aids now thanks to the staff here and their advice and kindness. The only con is that the patient restrooms are not clean and should be cleaned more regularly

There is a problem when you have a 4:00 appointment, it is 5:15, you haven't left the main reception area and there are at least 2 patients ahead of you. This is less than ideal if the appointment is for a toddler. If you have lots of time on your hands and don't mind waiting a few extra hours, make an "appointment". If you can wait, Dr. Anil Gupta and his staff are worth the wait.

Almost no one (except me I guess) checks in for their appointments, the floating receptionists seem to know everyone by their face and the time they arrive. The office is small and casual, shared with another doctor, which is the reason Dr. W is only available on Wednesdays and Fridays. Despite her limited availability, it's never difficult to adjust my weekly appointment if I need to and there is hardly ever a wait. Dr. W is fast with the shots and has a dry sense of humor that you can pick up if you manage to strike up a conversation in the 2 minutes it takes her to get you in and out. Although I look forward to the time when I can reduce and then completely stop my shots, I'm very happy going to Dr. Weichenberg in the meanwhile.
