I have been here 3 times with my mom for appointments. Once for allergy and twice for ENT for hearing. The allergist was very nice and thorough and also recommended my mom to a gastroenterologist for some of her issues. When we came for the hearing test 2 years ago, it was my mom's very first hearing test. I knew she needed a hearing aid but my mom was in denial. When the doctor confirmed it and showed her the hearing test, my mom broke down crying. The staff were so nice and kind to my mom. They helped her calm down and recommended her to get a hearing aid. We came back recently for an updated hearing test and once again staff was very nice and thorough with my mom. She has gotten over the denial and wears her hearing aids now thanks to the staff here and their advice and kindness. The only con is that the patient restrooms are not clean and should be cleaned more regularly read more

One of the worst ever !! Horrible service, insensitive and greedy. There's been tons of reviews regarding their shady billing practices. They send multiple unexpected bills even if though you have insurance coverage. Stay very far away and read reviews then make a prudent decision. read more

Well I had an appt for 4:30, arrived at 4:25 and was given the electronic check-in device, which I think was a great invention. I didn't have to wait too long to be called into Dr. Chen's office where she takes my blood pressure. In comes Dr. Chen who seemed pleasant initially. He asks why I'm there and when I begin to tell him my symptom story and how it all started or what I think may be the slight cause, he abruptly cut me off and said he doesn't want to hear all of that. How long has it been? I'm like really? And when I told him what I bought OTC to help me since I was going away, he kinda like scolded me for self medicating myself. I said "well that was my only option since I was leaving for vacation and couldn't see a doctor ASAP." Whoa!!!!! So he decides to examine my ears, nose and throat. He sprayed my nose with a solution and began to insert a long device into each nostril. First left, no problem. Not too far in. But the left nostril, he inserted and kept moving it further down my throat. He's now telling me to swallow, stick my tongue out and do some other comical thing with my mouth. Now, as he's inserting it further down my left nostril, I coughed. Not intentional, but I saw his agitation after that. Then, as he's pushing it further, he's telling me to try and not swallow but I kept swallowing. He's now becoming very agitated saying "don't swallow I said. You don't have to swallow!" Well I didn't do well with that bc who doesn't swallow. Our suction movements are from birth and we don't know how NOT to swallow. I was trying to relax and not swallow and he was not pleased and failed to hide that reaction. Afterwards he says there's nothing wrong, prescribed something and said come back in three weeks. I think not! At least, not to him. HORRIBLE TABLE-SIDE SERVICE!! 3 stars because the check-in process was seamless but the doctor experience was not. read more

Please, be very careful. Ask for your records and make sure that what's in the record is exactly what happens the doctor can write or elaborate on whatever he wants to add or omit. They are not the only ones in the market I can easily go elsewhere, but what is concerning is when there is an absence of honesty and an inaccurate report. read more

This is the best place every ‍ I'd like to come here more often but it's terribly far and not really close to any transportation. The water in the lobby taste great but it could just be NYC water that's why. The staff weren't annoying because they we on their cellphones and talking amongst themselves mostly about the night before and each other. I would so recommend this place for sure read more

They took my mom at a last minute appointment but it was a Friday which I was told was their least busy days. Everybody was great, friendly. Fast in. Came for a follow up and the office was extremely crowded but our wait time was minimal. My one issue is the parking. It is a complete nightmare. Took me 20 minutes of circling and waiting. I probably would go to a Westchester location just to avoid the parking dilemma. read more

Agreed that the wait time is ALWAYS long, staff could be nicer however. I do know its the bronx but sometimes customer service just goes right out the window. Funny how They all appear professional but thats just so they can act better than the community they serve. I've had a really bad experience with this one employee (Danielle) was highly insensitive to my situation, practically laughed at me....... A patient who underwent surgery just 24 hours prior. The office gossip was so thick in that place, I don't see the need to complain internally. Also was hung up on by another employee some months back when the healthcare reform was just enacted. I didn't understand my coverage and Amanda got impatient with me and rudely hung up the phone. Doctor's are pretty great, phenomenal even but this fact alone doesn't excuse the poor customer service. read more

Have used this practice for years and was very pleased. Was stunned to discover in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic they fired their senior audiologists at the Water Place Practice (not sure about any others) and replaced them with less experienced, and therefore lower paid audiologists, who do not have the seniority the fired workers had. That's a terrible way to treat loyal staff. When I complained I was told they couldn't discuss personnel matters and if I wanted more senior staff (I didn't), they'd refer me to another of their offices. The federal government offered billions to companies to ensure no workers would be fired or laid off as a result of the pandemic. Getting rid of senior, more expensive staff, to save corporate money, using Covid as an excuse, is bad business. I reminded the head of their audiology department that a company that would do this to some workers would do it to anyone, including him! In the future I'll buy my hearing aids at Costco where they're less expensive and all employees are union workers with guaranteed seniority secured. read more

Great doctors, staff and clean office but very long wait time. Plan to be there for two hours minimum even if your thirty minutes early for your appointment- I think they are definitely over booking and they should add another ten minutes span between appointments/clients. read more

Place is a dump...not clean, patent clientele appear to be homeless (or smell homeless). 90 minutes and counting. I'm in a ton of pain. Told the staff that. No one cares. Still waiting. In the off chance the Dr. Feghali provides great service, I'll revise accordingly. read more

I had an appointment at 4:30 so i get there 15 minutes early and and do not get seen for nearly 2 hours! When i finally do get seen the doctor i saw tries to rush me out of there as soon as possible. He says he didn't understand my anatomy and when i asked him questions he yelled at me saying i don't know. I found it to be a very unpleasant experience and i would advise other people to avoid this particular office as i will in the future.
