In light of covid restrictions, we were struggling to find a pediatric dentist for my daughter who was complaining about pain and needed extensive dental work. Our main dentist wasn't answering my calls, and so was another that we tried. Dr danielson came highly recommended by other parents in our area. As soon as I Inquired about an appointment online Andrea texted me to get the details and Dr Danielson personally called me back and assembled a staff to come check her for the very next day. Dr Danielson was kind, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job explaining what procedures they would be performing on my daughter while still being respectful and comforting of my high emotions and fears about my daughter having to be put under for the first time. The whole staff made my daughter feel so special and loved and did their best to make me comfortable. On the day of surgery we met with the anesthesiologist Dr Young. He was also very knowledgeable and reassuring. He took the time to talk to my daughter and make her feel as calm as she could. It's never easy on a parents heart to see your child have surgery and the whole staff did a wonderful job on updating me, reassuring me, and most importantly taking care of my baby. They practiced the best safety protocols, making sure my daughter was healthy enough to go through surgery as well as healthy enough to go home. Never did I feel rushed or inconvenient to them. I am so thankful to have found this practice. I will now have all my children seeing Dr Danielson in the future, including my special needs son. Their office is beautiful and clean, the staff is professional and loving and I love how available Dr Danielson makes himself. They took X-rays of our child without our consent! The dentist could not properly articulate the problems so her dental assistant had to step in and explain. We also had an appointment for our daughter that day with them which we canceled right away as we distrust the expertise of these so called professionals. In addition everything at this office is very marginalized and money driven, we have never seen anything like this, even at adult dentists, let alone pediatric ones. I filled out all his forms and told the front staff about our situation. They seemed understanding enough. We were able to get him to wait in front of the office. As he waited/ initially he seemed interested in going inside/ his anxiety level might have been like a 5 on a scale of 1-10. But, as we waited...it was getting hot- and he was started to have elopement attempts...so, we went to the car with the AC on...and continued waiting...finally, at 4:30.. a half hour after his scheduled appt. My husband went inside to ask how much longer. He was told just a few minutes. A few minutes later- the receptionist did come out to get us...but, by that time (40 mins post appt time now and having waited over an hour since we arrived 30 mins early as they told us to) his anxiety was now at an 8 or 9! And he wouldn't go inside! They told me they understand special needs patients...but, do they really? No urgency on their part...they let a highly anxious child with a disability wait over an hour? Seriously--how cruel is that?! If you have a child with autism/ anxiety about dentists, I would steer clear of this place. And to add insult/ we get home and I have an email lecturing me about how valuable their time is and that if I'm going to cancel/ I need to give 48 hours notice! I didn't cancel...we did our part! Can they say the same??

Professional work here but always felt rushed (not with the hygienist she's always gentle), however, do some research before going through with cosmetic procedures here. Search around for someone who actually takes pride in restoring a nice smile for you, someone who wants to make their work the best to be a walking advertisement for them. Not someone just getting you in and out quickly to make money move, someone that will use their expertise to tell you that your crowns aren't looking good (they'll always tell you it looks good even if it doesn't). Btw , infusion company will be recommended for the "best" results to fit your teeth coloration, shape and size but clearly i didn't get lucky to receive "excellent matching of the teeth" with them, my peg lateral crowns were completely different from each other, one was tiny and the other was a size that is acceptable as I had hoped for. 1 looked extremely fake white while the other side is just darker. With this being noticeably off, nothing was suggested to me to perhaps have it sent back for a redo for a more identical crown and coloring fix for at least 1 out of 2. Oh wait would've caused a grip again, I was too eager and waited so long for this moment that I needed it done right away. Then again, we knows what extra cost would've been tacked on some more had I refused those crown moldings. Almost 1,900 down now, not to also mention, I have a discolored crown I'm stuck with when I got my very first one done here for almost 900. Left with a front tooth looking 2-3 shades darker, however, the shape was great Cosmetic procedures are not cheap, make sure to do your research everywhere, compare the artistry skills that a dentist has done cosmetically, read reviews and take your time, speak up if you know something doesn't look right. Don't be like me to JUST accept and trust the experts and not say what's on my mind, you'll just be throwing money away for an unsatisfied experience and results that left me still insecure and not wanting to smile. I don't know whether to be mad at myself, infusion or the dentist here. The only solution they said, to pay the same price again for a replacement.

Dr Nguyen was very nice and called a few times after my daughter first got her Invisalign put in to see how she was doing. He seemed very attentive. Well as I write this, I have received my third phone call to cancel and reschedule her appointment and she has not had new trays on THREE MONTHS!! I don't see how she can progress when I keep getting cancelled on. Her dad and I both work and I have been arranging for her to get there and then they call the day of to cancel. I reschedule and they call back again, the day of to cancel and round and round we go. I am livid. I am at the point of making a complaint with Invisalign because I am unhappy with her treatments. I have asked the receptionist to have the doctor Call me and he never does. I have no idea what's going on with her treatment and I run a business and can't just up and leave whenever they say I can finally have an appointment. Besides, when I do figure it out, they cancel on me! The lack of professionalism from this office now is frustrating. I am going to see about getting some of my money back on this treatment as I don't feel they've held up their end because they constantly cancel my appointments.
