I attended my mother's appointment with her via phone, because I'm out of town, however, Charles spoke and addressed me as if I were in the room with them. After her procedure with Dr. Gupta he even personally called to let us know how things went. Both Dr. Gupta and Charles are very personable and thoroughly explain and answered questions. She and I, love them both. Good to know there are still some good doctors out there.

They're all about making money, and not actually treating their patients. I was told 2-3 weeks for the doctor to look over my notes, and submit paperwork. It has been 3 months, and the doctor hasn't even reviewed my files. Yet I have my halfway through treatment appointment on November 11th. Guess what?! No treatments, and you haven't even started the ball, and will expect me to drive to Midland to see you for what? So you can suck me for more money? Forget that noise. It's illegal to schedule unnecessary medical appointments for your gain. Todd Holtz needs out of this profession if this is what he is about
