He opted to use the kiosk (which I thought was the only option) and presented his drink card at pick up only to be told you don't get credit toward a free drink when using the kiosk. Needless to say he was super bummed. He went back to check the kiosk to find a small conspicuous sign outlining this policy. He said despite enjoying the drinks, vibe and cleanliness, he would not be back. I have to be honest, I don't blame him.
