As somebody who was born in the 80s, I love this place! Music is always good! Stuffed animals are always so cute. I'm addicted! All the workers are always so awesome and friendly too! We come multiple times a week and it's always worth it! You can also trade in for other toys/stuffed animals they have

Good value for 1$ per play. They had alot of cute stuffies available to win. You can also trade in your stuffies that you won to trade up for another prize located in the front. The gentleman working was friendly. Overall , it was a nice experience for my toddler and our family !

This is an arcade on Main St in Alhambra. There was a variety of different plushies and each one was one token! There's only one worker but she attended to everyone's needs! Just be patient since there's only one worker! Value was good! It's mostly $1 is 1 token. TIP: Parking is mostly nearby as public parking. There's no restrooms in this store. Check in on Yelp to get 2 FREE tokens!

So many claw machines! Let's play!!!

    I love that there is a live a human and plenty of claw machines!!! Yay! $1 = 1 token $5 = 5 tokens $10 = 10 tokens $20 = 22 tokens $50 = 58 tokens $100 = 116 tokens

My first ever happened in this place! Excellent service, fantastic staff, and good-quality plushies. For $1 per coin, which is the cost for a machine that requires one coin, it is definitely a good value. Free 4-hour parking is available at the nearby parking structures.

Similar to the Kawaii Klaws that I'm familiar with in West Covina, but definitely a bit more compact and smaller. I think they were still setting up some of the machines since some of them didn't have the power on or prizes inside. I came here on a random weekday afternoon and I was the only guest there but I'm sure things change in the evening or maybe right after school since it's within walking distance of a high school. Like the other locations I've been to, there's a plushie photo op wall in the back. The variety seems to be a bit more limited than the other locations (probably due to size of the store and still setting up), but there's something there for all cute character enjoyers I'm sure. I like the obviously unofficial Despicable Me Mofusand collaboration plushies. But I would love to see Chiikawa abominations as well. $1 per play isn't too bad since it is QUITE possible to win from their crane games and they have an exchange up system as well if you win multiple. Worker there greeted me when I came in and was polite too.

    Great staff!

My kids love coming here! What little girl wouldn't! The machines are fairly cheap and we always walk out with something the girls won. Staff is super friendly(I forgot her unique name) and very helpful, she was very nice to my kids and stroke conversations. We shall be back!

Amazing ! lots of selection of fun games woohoo lots of hello kitty ! We had lots of fun !

I won these quality plushies. It's really $1 or 1 coin per try. Such amazing staff John and Rigby and clean safe place. Great stress buster . I see people come here and win some cute stuff toys .

Fun place. Spent 20 dollars. Each game is one token . I got 3 plushies . Great prices for each machine . It also has a cute little bench to take pictures

    Too happy

Came a few times due to my daughters addiction to not only the stuffies but she likes putting the coins in the machines -__-" . We like to come after we walk around the farmers market on Sundays. Out of all the claw machine places we've been to, this location seems the easiest to get dolls!! Believe it or not my nephews got over 15 the last time they went and my husband got a few too. I know some of the other reviews say it's rigged but compared to like Round 1, this kawaii Klaws is way better ! Plus side is, all the plushies are so darn cute! They also have an upgrade program where you can upgrade like 8 plushies for a huge one which we opted to do so our house isn't cluttered with infinite small ones. Something to consider! Alexis is super nice and helpful ! I believe the owner is Adam, he introduced himself to us when they first opened and he was very honest with how everything worked. He even gave my daughter an extra coin! Word on the street is, if you sing the Pokémon theme song to him, he might give you a free coin! we found out he's a huge fan of Pokémon (hence some of the plushies) worth a try right ! I think overall the value is amazing. We always have a great time when we come. My daughter lights up every time she enters the place. It's a good place to kill time when waiting in line for boiling crab or gen bbq which is what we do too Definitely coming back and highly recommend

The experience was standard and on par with other Kawaii Klaw locations. The customer service was friendly. The selection of games was similar size and options as other Kawaii Klaw locations. The value is also similar and affordable, it's best to purchase more credits to get the best value. The only downside of this location is the parking, it can be difficult to find nearby parking. But the street is nice and you can make a day of it by walking around to other locations.

This was the first time my boyfriend and I go into the store and we had so much !! Thank you so much to Rigby for the help if I can give her employee of the year I would!! So nice and understanding definitely going back !!

Everything is set to free play with a paid admission fee. You can do hourly pay or a set price for all day play. There's probably about 60 different arcade style games ranging in many decades including 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s favorites. Pinball, Mario Kart, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Vs Capcom (my jam), Super Smash Bros, Basketball Pro, Pac Man, NFL Blitz, Rampage (arcade game of my youth), Donkey Kong, Tron, The Simpsons and so many others. Soft drinks, great lighting, a spacious layout. Neon Retro offers cool holiday deals and specials, hosts fun events, IG giveaways and keeps the fun going all year long. It's still only $15 for unlimited hourly play or $25 for a day pass. No food is served here other than snacks (think chips and candy), but so many places closeby to eat before or after your Neon Retro Arcade fun!! It's not a barcade like EightyTwo or Player One so it's alcohol free. They're all welcoming and very personable. I do know they have a capacity limit and weekend tend to be the busiest until around 4 or 5 pm. Nights and weekends are definitely lower in foot traffic, but still great energy. I don't make it over too often, but highly recommend experiencing once or thrice. They just had a cool 50% off hourly prices for Bonus Level Loyalty Club members, and yes it's free to be a member :) Local street (meter), paid lot and garage parking available. Gender-neutral restrooms. Great for groups or just you.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. You're not cramped in here fighting for space. Game-wise... don't come here expecting anything crazy. There's nothing super serious for hardcore gamers, no rare cabinets or anything you're gonna geek out over. It's more like solid, familiar stuff. That said, it does work really well as a date spot because there's a lot of co-op games, so you're not just standing there awkwardly -- you actually have something to do. Now the food... I still haven't gone deep into it, but the wing deal is actually a good deal for these times, which is rare. That alone makes it worth pulling up on a Tuesday. Menu is kinda big though, and anytime I see a big menu like that I start side-eyeing the kitchen a little bit... like yeah some of this gotta be frozen But overall? It's a good spot for wings and beer without spending Ye Rustic money. If you're trying to keep it chill and not blow your wallet, this is a solid move. Not a gamer spot, not a foodie spot... just a good hang.
