It's fine to go kill a bit of time if you're waiting for an event to start or for your dining reservation or just to walk off a meal. It's a small arcade with an off brand Cars coin operated ride for kids right at the front. There's a couple of the bigger crane games and the smaller crane games. There's also games for tickets/points that you can exchange for prizes in the back. Some arcade games as well. You just have to exchange money for tokens. Almost every thing here (like 90%) is bootlegged, non official merchandise, so just keep that mind so you don't make it a money sink. Don't think I've ever spent money here but it's alright to look around if you've already walked through Daiso.

Old game card from Neofuns that can't be redeemed because there is no attendant or games that allow accumulation of points/tickets

This place used to be a regular for me and my son. I'm not sure when they made the switch over to only claw machines and one air hockey table. The air hockey table is not properly functioning but my son still liked it. The edges of the game send the puck flying randomly, during our game the puck hit a woman playing at a claw machine Nearby Or would get ricochet behind the driving game next to it and there's a ton of electrical cords near it. The crappiest part was he was proud of all the points he had saved over the years and wanted to cash in for a big prize but there are no longer prizes available and there's also no employee to ask on site. It seems the owners just unlock it and maybe monitor the business via cameras. There are better claw machine arcades in the surrounding area (Alhambra on main st) but if you're stopping for a movie, it's something extra to do with your kids.

All flat lay, before the one on The left was stacked!

I've been coming to this place since it's opened. They've regressed to an over priced coin machine instead of the usual merchant that's here. And I noticed the machines are packed flat, the easy cranes Dont have grips vs the ones that fall as soon as it violently retracts. And the quality of prizes has gone done. I'm heartbroken this was the only spot I thought was fair and it just turned into everother quick cash grab. Just buy ur plushies on temu...

What a great place! I was in the area for dinner and saw this when I was going to Daiso. It was a great place to kill time. When you first go in, you will need to buy a card with credits. Pricing is super fair. I got a card with $35 that gave you tons of credits. Different amounts also give you a free prize to begin with. With the $35 purchase, I was able to get a free doll keychain. As for the games, there's various claw machines, DDR and other games that you can win tickets. I opted for the claw machine and won various prizes for $35. I will say they are not the best prizes. There were some branded and more non-branded items. But, there was nothing like winning the prizes and getting the thrill of seeing the claw pick up your prize. I was in there for about an hour and had a great time. Few things to note, there is no restroom and parking is shared with the plaza, so there is plenty available. I will definitely come back here next time I am in the plaza if I have to kill some time.

Spent so much money on a sonny angel claw machine just for it to be fake! such false advertising and waste of time and money. even the fake sonny angel looks awful and ugly. please at least have authentic prizes in the machines. i spent over $20 when i could have just gotten a real sonny angel at a blind box store. super bummed out and disgusted by this fact :( the jelly was literally falling off too

Me, My mom, my dad, and my Cousin went here and it was amazing!! I got a prize the first claw machine i tried here it was amazing and I ended up winning 2 plushies and a keychain from here!!! :D Tho the prices for the tokens are a lil much! and the Machines.. Some of them seemed like they would drop on purpose. But overall me and my family had a great time here XD

Mostly claw games and a small selection.

A pretty mediocre arcade location. 80% of games are crane games and like 20% of them were not working when I visited. Could've gone to another location but wanted to check a new spot with good reviews. Don't waste your time tbh. Good for if you got small kids maybe not for the kids at heart lol

It was my first time coming here and it was an amazing experience! I love that they stay open late, super convenient. Edward was incredibly nice and encouraging. He made sure to check in on customers and had a great way of connecting with everyone. Great service overall. I'll definitely be coming back

Fun place to stop by in the Atlantic time square plaza. Cute and trendy plushies. Recommend this place for anyone!

I enjoy playing the games here . the variety of these games range from basketball to driving to dancing. and the value is pretty good because usually one token costs 2-3 dollars but here at Neo Funs they cost 1 dollar each.

My hubby discovered this arcade to take the kids awhile back. So recently as we were thinking of where we can take the kids, we came here. I did like that its local and they have a nice variety of games. The claw machine game has a lot of cute plushies. Neo Fun is small where we wouldn't spend a ton of time or money here. Just enough for my young kids to have some fun and away from screen time. What I do love is if you purchase I believe a $35 game card you get one free plush. So even if you walked out without winning something you technically did walk away with something. So that in itself is awesome! What I didn't like is the claws were all so weak! My daughter clearly picked up the stuff animal but once it got to the top it dropped. No matter how much she tried. She did win at a machine more than once but was only able to redeem the prize once why because even though she won the prize the claw/clip didn't drop the prize down. When I asked the staff they said that its not a win but gave us a prize anyways. It clearly landed on the area where the prize is supposed to drop and it didn't. That happened more than once with machine. My poor 6 year old actually won. She was so happy to but only walked away with one when she should've walked away with 3 prizes. So the machines here are definitely rigged for you to not win. There's a few game machines that worked and overall, Neo Fun is okay if you want to play games and not play with the claw machines to win an actual prize. Would I come back? Unfortunately, yes because it's local and my kids enjoy it. Am I a happy camper about coming back? Not so much.

Can you change out your prizes each week? It would help us come back more often

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. It’s a very good idea for keeping customers coming back. We will try the best to do it every week. Or at least every other week. Thanks again.

Does anyone know if they are open again? They're Facebook page says they're closed for renovations

We went there about a week ago and they were open.

How much money should you bring?

$30 buys a coupon book that seems to be worth the price! I ended up spending a little more than that though.

It's still only $15 for unlimited hourly play or $25 for a day pass. No food is served here other than snacks (think chips and candy), but so many places closeby to eat before or after your Neon Retro Arcade fun!! It's not a barcade like EightyTwo or Player One so it's alcohol free. They're all welcoming and very personable. I do know they have a capacity limit and weekend tend to be the busiest until around 4 or 5 pm. Nights and weekends are definitely lower in foot traffic, but still great energy. I don't make it over too often, but highly recommend experiencing once or thrice. They just had a cool 50% off hourly prices for Bonus Level Loyalty Club members, and yes it's free to be a member :) Local street (meter), paid lot and garage parking available. Gender-neutral restrooms. Great for groups or just you.
