It's fine to go kill a bit of time if you're waiting for an event to start or for your dining reservation or just to walk off a meal. It's a small arcade with an off brand Cars coin operated ride for kids right at the front. There's a couple of the bigger crane games and the smaller crane games. There's also games for tickets/points that you can exchange for prizes in the back. Some arcade games as well. You just have to exchange money for tokens. Almost every thing here (like 90%) is bootlegged, non official merchandise, so just keep that mind so you don't make it a money sink. we went here 10 years ago with my niece and it was fun. i went here today with my son and it had gone waaaaay downhill. $2 for 1 token, claw machines were extremely weak and didn't grab anything, all the good prizes were just "display prizes", several machines didn't work at all, the lady working there yelled at my son for no reason...why should we ever come back? we won't! do not go to this place. if they don't change their crappy ways i'm pretty sure they'll go out of business read more

This place used to be a regular for me and my son. I'm not sure when they made the switch over to only claw machines and one air hockey table. The air hockey table is not properly functioning but my son still liked it. The edges of the game send the puck flying randomly, during our game the puck hit a woman playing at a claw machine Nearby Or would get ricochet behind the driving game next to it and there's a ton of electrical cords near it. The crappiest part was he was proud of all the points he had saved over the years and wanted to cash in for a big prize but there are no longer prizes available and there's also no employee to ask on site. It seems the owners just unlock it and maybe monitor the business via cameras. What a great place! I was in the area for dinner and saw this when I was going to Daiso. It was a great place to kill time. When you first go in, you will need to buy a card with credits. Pricing is super fair. I got a card with $35 that gave you tons of credits. Different amounts also give you a free prize to begin with. With the $35 purchase, I was able to get a free doll keychain. As for the games, there's various claw machines, DDR and other games that you can win tickets. I opted for the claw machine and won various prizes for $35. I will say they are not the best prizes. There were some branded and more non-branded items. But, there was nothing like winning the prizes and getting the thrill of seeing the claw pick up your prize. I was in there for about an hour and had a great time. Few things to note, there is no restroom and parking is shared with the plaza, so there is plenty available. I will definitely come back here next time I am in the plaza if I have to kill some time. read more

After 12 times in a row trying to get it, couldn't get it! The claw just grab and release, all 12 times it was so quick at releasing. I have been coming to NeoFuns for a little over a year after diving back into the arcade scene. It's a very nice vibe with some loud arcade music, but great for families, friends, date nights as they stay open late. Employees are always nice and willing to help, very approachable. They use a card system so you just tap to play, with crane games ranging from small keychain plushies to larger ones. They also have other ways to win items and a redemption point system to earn bigger prizes. They have 2 basketball games and a gun/shooting game, too. My hubby discovered this arcade to take the kids awhile back. So recently as we were thinking of where we can take the kids, we came here. I did like that its local and they have a nice variety of games. The claw machine game has a lot of cute plushies. Neo Fun is small where we wouldn't spend a ton of time or money here. Just enough for my young kids to have some fun and away from screen time. What I do love is if you purchase I believe a $35 game card you get one free plush. So even if you walked out without winning something you technically did walk away with something. So that in itself is awesome! What I didn't like is the claws were all so weak! My daughter clearly picked up the stuff animal but once it got to the top it dropped. No matter how much she tried. She did win at a machine more than once but was only able to redeem the prize once why because even though she won the prize the claw/clip didn't drop the prize down. When I asked the staff they said that its not a win but gave us a prize anyways. It clearly landed on the area where the prize is supposed to drop and it didn't. That happened more than once with machine. My poor 6 year old actually won. She was so happy to but only walked away with one when she should've walked away with 3 prizes. So the machines here are definitely rigged for you to not win. There's a few game machines that worked and overall, Neo Fun is okay if you want to play games and not play with the claw machines to win an actual prize. Would I come back? Unfortunately, yes because it's local and my kids enjoy it. Am I a happy camper about coming back? Not so much. read more

Most of them are claw machines and they are rigged and hard to win even though the claw get a good grip but then it will let go off the prize when it's about to get close to the chute. We tried many times and even with the help of the employees walking around to reorganize the stuffed animals, it's still hard to get it. We loved this place. Having just come back from Taiwan where the claw machines are rigged, these machines are not easy but possible. While we were here, people were winning stuffed animals and even the huge ones that you have to cut the string. Seems like everyone had at least one prize in hand and lots of smiles and laughter. There are also other choices available such as basketball, car, and dancing games (if you are not as interested in claw games). You need to purchase a game card that you will use to play all of the games available that have a certain amount of "coins" in the card. Each game varies in the number of tokens needed, smaller items require less coins versus larger and more difficult fames that require more tokens. The workers were also very friendly and helpful which is always a plus when going to a place to have fun! She adjusted the prizes within the machines a handful of times after we failed to win anything. She was incredibly accommodating and we greatly appreciated her services. The 3 stars is mainly for the variety of machines and how difficult it is to win without intervention from the employees. I have been to a few arcades with claw machines recently and this one has been one of the tougher ones. There also isn't a variety of claw machines or games in general. However, there credits did seem less expensive than other places and machines ranged from 4-12 credits. read more

Plushies in Monterey Park, California... After brunch at Atlantic Times Square, we walked around and were drawn into this arcade because of the cute Hello Kitty plushies! I don't play claw games - I just wanted to see the other plushies. To my surprise, there were Cony (the white bunny) and Brown (the bear) and even Sally (the yellow duck) from the Line Friends collection! There were prices above the plushies in the glass case above the claw game! Oh, wow! I could just buy them without stressing out from a game! The guy at the cash register was really friendly and helpful! He found the key for the glass case and let me choose the Cony and Brown that I wanted! Yay! Then he saw my HIFF/Hawaiian Airlines lanyard and asked about Hawaii. I gave him a few tips since he will be visiting the 50th State for the first time soon! Overall, this was a clean shop.
