At the end, I was told to go with the wet hair so that the curls would stay. It doesn't look remotely like the picture I showed. They were upfront with the pricing before getting started. Told me about the new customers 20% discount, and asked me if I wanted hair color but was not pushy when I said no. Charlie washed, cut my hair, and permed it, and I love the outcome. Overall took about 3 hrs but worth it for something you'd only need to upkeep every 6 months or so.
