My son has been going to Tangles and Knots since he was one. Every time has been a great experience. Mrs Lavonda knows how to make a child feel comfortable when getting there hair cut. The appointment system is seamless--just go to their website and schedule an appointment with the stylist. From my visit, it seems that they take appointments only and no walk-in. When I came in, I felt at ease. Hiro asked for what I wanted, and I showed him examples. My hair was an uneven blonde balayage before, and Hiro really took his time to even it out and tone it.
