I watched staff for 4 hours on day one and they would come in and check her vitals and leave but never emptied out her full catheter bag nor offer her water. I finally ended up emptying out the bag at hour 2 and asked the next nurse how often are they supposed to empty it out and she told me "oh just push the call button and we will come". So I guess it's not part of their patient care to check catheter bags unless patient requests for it to be emptied out. Day 2 still in 3South, I came in and her IV machine was beeping and it can be heard in the hallway. It took a nurse an 45 minutes to come and check the IV machine which was not pushing her fluids. Day 3 still in 3South, my mom calls me to tell me she hit her call button and had been waiting about 10 minutes to get help to use restroom but no one came and she ended up soiling herself. I HAD to call to get a CNA to go check on her and that still took another 10 minutes. When the CNA finally comes into the room, she asks my mom "Do you want something to clean yourself?". Ummm, hello she couldn't get up on her own to use the restroom so you think she can clean herself?? Really?? By far the worst care I've seen so far offered by this hospital. I do want to say I am giving it a 3 star as she had a wonderful RN and CNA at night who took really good care of her and my mother made sure to tell me how well they took care of her. Seems like the lack of care is on the day shifts.

For some reason, my referrals take twice as long. Recently I had 3 referrals submitted on Feb 20 and two of them were authorized in. April and 3 is still out. However one referral is for town 40 miles away and other is for MRI and took 2 months and one referral was to doctor out of network. I have to send FHCN email and portal messages every time I need a referral due to shitty referral dept I would attach photos showing when ordered and when authorized and it will blow your mind

It does not list a service date or describe what service was provided. The bill instructs me to call a phone number to make a payment. When I call, at 10:27 Am on Sat, I only reach an automated message stating that office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but it does not specify which days those hours apply to. No additional information is provided, and there is no option to speak with a representative. I am unable to obtain any information about this bill. The QR code on the bill is supposedly for payment, but it only redirects to general clinic services. There is no option to pay the bill or view billing details. There is no email address available to contact the clinic, and the text message option does not work. I am fully willing and prepared to pay this bill; however, after spending a significant amount of time trying to get basic information, I am still unable to do so. Due to this experience, I will not return to this clinic.

She also was trying to convince me that my primary helth provider didnt carry typhoid vaccines until I called her out and said that's where I got it. They just try to charge you for everything. They were the only place with the yellow fever vaccine so I had to go. Also they give the shot in a back room on an office chair. She put my needle down on a dinner plate instead of using proper materials. In my opinion it shouldn't be open. Not to mention her being rude to her secretary. Terrible business.

I ended up not getting the shots because at the end of our appointment the told me the two vaccines plus the visit fee would cost 690 dollars(!) and asked me how I was going to pay for it. I had explained my insurance situation to her at the beginning of our visit and asked her yet again how much it would cover, and she looked me like I was an idiot and said they didn't take ANY insurance and I'd need to pay out of pocket. She deliberately withheld this information until the moment I had to pay, as evidenced by her dismissal of my earlier questions about insurance. I left immediately after, feeling like I had been cheated. Passport Health is not committed to providing the kind of healthcare a would-be traveler needs. They only care about squeezing as much money out of you as they possibly can. I was nothing but a potential checkbook in their eyes and I doubt you would be either.
