They had my wife's favorite salsa. We got a jar of it. When we were checking out, it fell out of the front of the cart and broke on the floor. Salsa and glass everywhere. I was mortified. Their in store selection is really poor and what was recommended as their best product looked like a cheap happy meal toy and would break if you dropped it. I decided to just buy the cheapest option at $12. It stopped holding a charge in less than 24 hours. I retuned to the store and the sales girl admitted they were a bad product and tried to claim it was my fault for buying a $12 vape. I expected it to at least last a week till my order came in the mail, it didn't last 24 hrs. If they know it's a faulty product they should stop selling it and not blame me for buying it. They tried to do an exchange but with each experience at Coopers being very poor I don't want to support that store anymore.
