We dropped our ring off at 1pm, and we were called at 530pm that it was finished. The gentleman that completes resizes comes in Thursday's and Friday's every week. Mr. and Mrs. Quinn were very professional and courteous, and explained how different ring styles can alter the size of the ring when compared to the size of the finger. My ring was sized down from a 7.25 to a 6.5, and all scratches--including a deep gouge from my tungsten ring--were buffed out for $62. The price for just a sizing was around $45.
