I didn't need many alterations but I made sure I scheduled my appointment while I was there to make sure my dress was ready for my wedding because they seemed pretty booked up. I was excited to go back for my last fitting and take my dress home. The ladies made me feel welcome and kept my fitting stress free. I'm glad they were able to make my wedding day the best!

The reason I am giving them a 5 is for the great value factor on alterations. If you order one of the designs from a designer they use and order early enough, you can pay a little extra (I think it was about $165) and they make the dress to your measurements instead of having to have it altered later. This is awesome to do instead of the ridiculous charges some of these bridal stores charge for alterations. Her dress was beautiful.

Clothing prices are by category, not by item, so the crappy clothes are overpriced and the really nice ones a little underpriced. Clothing is sorted by size and (sort of) color; women's sizes tend to be size 16 and below. There are usually a couple of silk scarves in the jumble of scarves on the wall; spotted a couple of cashmere sweaters today. Women's shoes are in pretty good shape and include the occasional higher-end find (Chinese Laundry, etc.). Books well-sorted; a surprising number of low-fat cookbooks.
