So if you're into permanent jewelry (mostly bracelets and anklets), then this is the place to visit in Nashville. But if you're wishy-washy like I am, you can find a cute little bracelet with a clasp like I did. This is a custom jewelry place, so you're making lots of decisions once you step inside. Do you want permanent or removable? Bracelet or anklet? Gold or silver? What style of chain do you want (they have several)? What charms (if any)? After you make your decisions, then the bracelet or anklet gets sized to you. If you're going the permanent route, then your jewelry gets welded shut without a clasp. You get to wear cool glasses if you want to watch while they weld, or you can look away. If you're getting a removable piece of jewelry, they will size it to you and then weld the clasp on the chain. I am a pretty decisive person, so the whole process, from start to finish, took maybe 15 minutes. But I imagine if you're visiting with a group, or if you're less decisive than I am, you can be here a while. That's why they take appointments, which you can book online at their website. I love my bracelet from Rustic Charm! I've only taken it off twice since I got it more than a month ago. It has become a signature piece of jewelry that is now a part of my right wrist.

There were multiple other girls in the store waiting on their dresses to be done. Naomi was running around frantically after she had 2 weeks to complete my dress and had assured me it would be ready. Moral of the story do not trust this place! Stitching was rushed and terrible. She ruined my beautiful prom dress and left a senior in high school crying in her store when she proceeded to ask me to leave because she couldn't handle it anymore I was left with no choice but to wear the disaster of a hem on the once beautiful dress she had destroyed completely. I do not recommend taking your daughter or anyone here to get work done because you will be left with a disaster. Pictures are below. The first picture is what was supposed to be my arm strap that was not even sown on correctly and the second picture and on is other pictures of where she was unable to stitch the dress properly. My mother and I were both very upset with how unprofessional Naomi was and she also had teenagers working on my dress which I am sure weren't trained to do that. The cashier handed me my bags and I left the store. When I got home, I realized that one of the bags I was handed was actually someone else's As it had items that I did not purchase. I should have stayed home and made dinner but I decided to get back to the store as soon as possible to let them know that I had a bag that I didn't purchase. When I arrived at the store, there was a different and very unpleasant manager and cashier working. I let the manager know about the mistake. By the way she looked at me, you would have thought she was accusing me of theft. She had a nasty look on her face and never even thanked me for promptly returning this bag. I heard another cashier ask her if that was the bag that they had been looking for. With a snear, she said "yes, it showed back up" You are welcome Hobby Lobby!! I was honest and returned the bag promptly and wasn't even treated with basic respect not to mention gratitude. I thought you were a Christian store? One of your employees sure wasn't very Christian like today !! If something like that ever happens again, I may just think about chucking it into the trash and saved my precious gas money.
