Very disappointing experience. You just lost a customer. I came in with my boyfriend to look for a necklace or bracelet. We walked around the store for quite a while and no one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. My boyfriend eventually had to call out to get someone's attention. Only then did a lady slowly come over. My boyfriend tried on a silver necklace, but it was too big. The lady( light brown shirt ) just stood there and didn't offer any suggestions, or alternatives. He then tried on a gold necklace and we discussed . When we decided to go back to silver to purchase, the lady simply walked away and went back to her seat. No follow-up, no assistance, nothing. That was extremely unprofessional. She never mentioned any promotions, didn't try to guide us, and showed zero interest in making a sale. It felt like she genuinely didn't care. The lack of basic customer service was shocking for a jewelry store. If someone walks into your store, your staff should greet them, ask what they're looking for, assist while they're trying on items, and actually engage with the customer instead of sitting in one place. This experience felt careless and lazy. I won't be returning, and I hope the owner seriously reviews how this store is being run. I can only assume the paycheck is based on hourly pay, not commission. read more

I placed an order online and selected this location to pick it up from. I walk into an empty store and the girl working there (I don't think she was wearing a name tag but she looks like a fake Ice Spice with dry hair and too much makeup) was sitting behind the counter and drinking her Starbucks; No greeting or acknowledgement at all and I had to tell her I was there to pick up an order before she could be bothered to get out of the chair. The whole time she seemed bothered by having to grab my items and didn't attempt to offer a smile. We bought a ring with triple price than similar design in Costco, and paid almost $1000 for warranty, today we went there for resizing the ring, the lady still charged us $15 for a piece of metal, it not even match the color of the ring, we paid so much extra fees for warranty, it includes free sizing service, the lady insisted we need pay for it even we told her we don't want to do it if they charge us extra fees. They only want your money, every time we were there, they always can find way to charge you money. read more

With every visit I feel the need to document everything. Walked in told the associate I needed a cleaning and inspection which she checked and cleared the jewelry to be in good condition then went to clean them which I took a screen shot of the email confirming the visit. Gave me the earrings back and I was on my way. I wished I had checked them before leaving the store because they were not cleaned at all, attached a photo I took after noticing the cleaning job that was checked off. Perhaps the manager was too busy closing and locking the doors 15mins before they were scheduled to close at 7pm to take 10seconds to do an decent cleaning. read more

We went into Kay Jewlers yesterday afternoon. All of the associates were helping people so we waited. We were looking at the same items that the salesperson was showing someone else. We patiently waited. At least 15 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging us, not even the sales person helping the people right next to where we were standing, even to say that someone would be with us when they could. Another sales person finished her sale. Do you think she acknowledged us? No, she put some things away then proceeded to walk over to another sales person who was already helping someone and started chatting with them. We will never go back. They were so rude. We went to another jewelry store at the outlets that treated us much better, they will have our business now. read more
