My fiancé took my grandma's heirloom diamond and put it in a new setting. Dion was so so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. The finished product was everything I dreamed of! I had to get the diamond brought down slightly and they worked with my jeweler in San Francisco (where we live) to get it fixed and took care of everything! We followed all of the maintenance recommendations on these items and purchased many other cherished pieces over the years. We began having an issue with my wedding set cracking in a certain spot. We had it in for 3 visits within 6 months for repairs. They tried to convince us that we needed to pay $3,800 to have it remade. It was not adding up to us and our trust in them began to fail. I finally picked my ring up in the condition listed as needing to be redone. I took it to a recommended family Jewelry Store in St. Clair and they were saddened that it was not receiving the care or expertise needed to make my ring perfect again. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Lawrence jewelers. I feel as if we are a number to them now and they did everything they could to make some money off my cherished wedding pieces purchased and designed by them. I think it is shameful. Happy to share that with the right expertise, Coughlin's Jewelers has restored my ring and it looks more amazing than the day of our wedding!

Brian Davis Jewellers are an awful business. They don't know what is going on in their store half…read morethe time. They are extremely unorganized and their customer service is terrible. If you try and address an issue with them, they will deny it and will not help you any further. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OTHER PERSON.
