The staff was amazing. Especially Rusty. She was extremely patient and super nice. I felt very welcome and not rushed. I had to get new frames for my glasses and started out with about 6 contenders. After narrowing it down to 2, I went back and forth on them for probably a good 10 minutes. The other ladies in the office helped too, but Rusty was so nice. And when it came time to price everything out, she jumped through hoops and found extra discounts and helped me understand everything. Wonderful experience. Dr. Wozniak was also extremely nice and helpful, and very patient. I also liked that they allowed me to take my mask down to try on different glasses frames so I could see what they'd look like on my face. The fact that the staff also disinfected every pair after I touched them, before putting them back out on the floor, really resonated with me as well. read more

I took my daughter there because she failed a school exam. The receptionist went above and beyond to hep find my ex-husbands ID number for his insurance. We had a brief wait before seeing the doctor. The doctor explained everything in great detail and spoke to us throughout the whole visit. The tech helped us and helped point us in the right direction for which pairs were for tweens and adults. She informed us of what our allotment was and after we picked out a pair, she made sure my daughter wanted that specific pair by taking her out of her comfort zone. She then gave some of the same style, but different colors and made sure if was still her favorite. I would highly recommend and will probably be setting up an eye exam for myself soon! read more

I went to SVS a few years back in Lenox where I had awesome assistance. Someone had recommended I visit the mount Clemens location as it was closer for me, I had spent over $700 on two pair of glasses, my every day glasses were scratched lightly throughout both lenses. I was told the Scratch resistant on my glasses wouldn't cover this. However, after visiting the Lenox location I was told I could have had the lense replace and would only pay 30%, instead I paid over $500 a year later for new glasses!I've been to Mt Clemens twice, and decided to return to Lenox as this office is hands down so much more helpful. I was such an inconvenience to the help in Mt Clemens, I won't bother them any more. Great job Lenox! read more

I've been taking my 2 kids there for about a year now, 1st place we've ever been and the only place we need to go in my book. They've been great! I have terrible anxiety, especially about any new doctor and they've made me so comfortable, explained everything...as we were new to the world of optometrists. The doctors were great with the kids, as were all of the ladies in the front. My son has lost his glasses twice now, they helped me navigate my way through that as well as getting the glasses adjusted as needed. As for Covid- I had no worries, they seem to take every precaution and put my mind at ease. Thanks SVS! read more

I have been going to the SVS Vision location in Lenox Mi. for a few years before Covid began, simply because the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My scheduled appointment meant limited people in the store, the entire staff wore PPE, equipped with hand sanitizing staton, and had protocol for "pre-touched" glasses displayed. I was a little over the trial period allowed with my new pair of glasses I wasn't happy with. They still allowed me to exchange them for a replacement pair. I have been going to the Lenox, MI location for years - and they all make me feel as welcome and cared for as the first day I stepped it. I have a special shout out for Rusty! She won me over as a loyal customer the first time I entered and it feels more like stepping into a friendly gathering than an actual optical visit. I have always gone to SVS for all of my vision needs and, although it may cost a bit more than other establishments, the staff is VERY knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the look and fit of my glasses. I also love the fact that they provide a beautiful glass case and cleaning kit to help keep my glasses in tip top shape. The staff is SO friendly and helpful! They kept apologizing for the wait time, honestly they didn't have to apologize because I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment and they helped me pick out my glasses, then the dr. took me back 5mins later (before my apt time) and the process of ordering only took 15mins! Everyone was great during my appt. from the Dr to the store staff. I am disabled and can't walk, I use a scooter and the ladies who work there opened doors for me, the lady who helped me pick out new glasses, bringing me pairs to try. She helped me for over an hour and was there when I came back to pick up my new glasses. She complimented me on both pairs and opened the door for me when I left. The employees at SVS Vision were wonderful. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. I was checked in quickly and was able to try on new frames while waiting for my eye exam. The doctor was thorough in her exam, explained everything and didn't make me feel like my appointment was rushed. I was 40 min late and forgot paper copy of sons script, but had a pic she had me email it to her. After she allowed my son to try glasses on and she took a min to do his measurements and he doesnt sit still easy she was great. Also they say 7 days for glasses to be made they were ready in 2. Plus after I picked glasses up I have 30 days to get another pair 50% off fast, friendly, and no hassle sitting for hours. read more

The staff here are so warm and welcoming, I'm greeted by everyone when I come in and it's such a friendly atmosphere. They always check for discounts for me and look for rebates. I had specific things I was looking for in a frame. I found 1 that had the fit I wanted, but another with the design I liked. The floor manager was able to make the design frame, fit like the 1st.
