She asked where we were from and what I did for work (standard chit chat I guess) and I mentioned I make online learning. She then started talking about how critical race theory should be banned, how our children are being brainwashed, and suggesting all teachers should be fired and "re-trained". I was honestly a little shocked at the conversation and didn't really say much back and we left. What a weird way to interact with customers and alienate them if they don't agree with your views. Not a business I want to give my money to!

Most antique store we walk into, the employees are not interested in helping my son find the antique tools and agriculture products that are of interest to him. At Stuarts, the owner was so kind to my son. She some to him with a keen interest and treated him Respectfully. The store is clean and the products are beautifully merchandised. This is an upscale store.

When I brought it back to return it, they were out of the one I was returning- kinda ruining my project but I found something that would work. The staff was incredibly rude about my return the lady at the fabric counter was arguing how was she supposed to know what I got after I gave her my receipt for some reason. The lady at checkout said she didn't know what was going on with my receipt and wanted us to give her the faulty fabric when the lady at the fabric counter had taken it. Then the manager was called and she was just rude in general no apologies about it or any friendliness whatsoever from any of them. It was only my second time at that hobby lobby. I don't plan on returning - Dover is worth the drive I guess.

I asked twice if she could give me a room and I was just ignored. Went back Sunday in the hopes I would have better luck with customer service and still awful.
