Because our guests had a lot of food issues - gluten, nut and dairy it was a real challenge! Stephanie carefully curated a menu that hit all of our requirements. In addition, because we live out of town for most of the year, our decorations, holiday plates and whatnot were quite limited. Stephanie put my fears to rest by assuring me she'd take care of all the details. As the day of the party dawned, we had the place all cleaned up and ready.
