We each chose a couple items to keep for ourselves to help carry her memory, and one of my items was a rather sweet yet broken watch that no one else wanted. I took this watch to be fixed at this shop, and was so impressed with the result. Not only did they fix the face plate, clean up the watch, and get her ticking again, they also gave me some great maintenance tips to keep it running. The best part was that when we discovered the value of the watch, the staff didn't try to upsell me on anything, nor overcharge me, nor try to convince me to sell it to them for a deal. Turns out it's an antique gold Rolex; the staff knew it's sentimentality and did all they could to make it like new for the same quoted price they gave me when I turned it in. So impressed!

Service is lightening fast, like I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I don't even know how she changed my battery so fast, but she did. I like how they record your name and phone number in their computer system as it's a one year warranty on the battery and if the battery dies before 1 year you can just go back and they can look it up in their system instead of you having to find the receipt. They will replace the battery for free in this situation. The watch battery is $10.45 and it's $2.50 to reseal the watch, so $12.95 total, plus taxes. The store is next to the Tim Hortons.
