Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected. Even so, he honored the original quote without hesitation. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I got my truck back the very same day, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The blue paint is a perfect match, the finish is deep and glossy, and you can't tell where the repair ends and the original paint begins. It looks factory new. If you're considering having paint or body work done, do yourself a favor and call Frank first.
