I will try to arrange this in bullets: 1) Office staff/customer interface - I met 2 people in the course of estimate, drop off, and pick up. They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. In fact, the lady taking the pictures for the estimate was able to get in the ballpark of what it would be. I had the need for work on the front panel over the driver side tire on a late model Sentra. She knew about the general scope of the computer reset needed, which was impressive. There are a lot of different cars out there. 2) Estimate - best of 3 in the area, was within a $100 or so which made me confident about the pricing. 3) Work quality - When we walked out to review the work before I took the car, the lady (different from the first lady) walked right by the front fender that was worked on to look at the other side, i.e. no difference at all. I had to say, "It was this one over here." As Forrest Gump says, "That is all I am going to say about that." 4) Detail - They detailed the car inside and out. The outside was immaculate. As for the inside, I have gray hair that I let grow for 3 years after letting it start during Covid (back to normal now). I have a jet black interior, barely anything that is not black. Think of a Golden Retriever with longer than average hair shedding for 2+ years. I found NOT ONE hair in the car. I will let you fill in what else old Forrest would say. 5) Only Ding Regarding My Experience - After driving away I noticed that I had to adjust the rearview mirror one quarter inch. Thus, my score actually is 4.99999999, rounded up. Note to Mason's - Don't be discouraged, you need negative feedback, too, so you can work be better! FYI - This is AFTER an ownership change that is mentioned in earlier reviews between 2020 and 2022. I would guess mostly the same people are doing the work, with the same turnover as anywhere else. read more

I took my 4Runner to them again because the garage door came down on the back hatch, which I left up after removing a bag of fertilizer. It had some pretty deep scratches in it and needed to be repainted. Their work was impeccable! I broke the side mirror on my Tacoma & after USAA's approved repair shop, Calloway told me it would be 6 weeks before they could even do an estimate, I took my truck to Mason's where Rebecca was great to work with. She handled all the part ordering & dealing w/USAA & ended up saving me $100 off my policy deductable. Once the part came in they replaced the mirror & washed my truck in one day. My experience with Mason's was great. The new owners are very kind and professional. I was rear ended in my truck and needed a bumper replacement, tailgate, quarter panel aligned, and paint for the whole back of the truck. I also got them to remove some door dings that had occurred over the years as unwanted parking lot presents. I had a small window of time that I could be without my truck and they were willing to work with me and gave a repair time that they exceeded my expectations on. The owners made sure all repairs were completed correctly and I was happy with everything. I was updated often throughout the entire process. I had never used this business before but was adamant that I wanted to use a small local business post covid. I have used big name repair facilities in the past and everyone of them was an awful experience. From the moment I drove up, I was greeted and my vehicle was reviewed for an estimate. Within a couple of days we had scheduled the repairs. It was a very simple process and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. My BMW hardtop convertible developed a leak which shorted out my electrical system that is housed in the trunk area. I took the car (under warranty) to BMW to see what the problem was. BMW found that a seal had been cut in the area where Mason's Paint and Body worked on the car and they found rust in the electrical housing unit. They also found over spray which confirmed that the car had body work done. They would not cover the repairs, costing over $2,000, because of the damage caused by the body repair. I'm comfortable posting the warning to others based on the fact that Mason's was the only company that ever worked on that area of my car. James should have stood by his work and either offered to pay for the repairs or at least refunded the almost $900 that I gave him to do the body work. read more
