I just rode my pristine motorcycle from Arizona to Keller and am staying with some friends. I take pride in caring for and protecting my motorcycle. On my ride, a bag scratched a very large area on my tank and I (Mr macho) was almost in tears lol. I drove by Paul's collision repair after running some errands and they advised me to buff out the scratches for much less than repainting it. He said they could have it done in an hour but they actually finished in about 30 minutes. You can barely see the scratches now if you know where to look and they saved me hundreds of dollars. I had my car towed from the accident site to Paul's. I knew where their place was from going to all the kids play gyms on that Kroger street. They are more closer to Keller than Fort Worth. I did a bad uturn and bashed my passenger side up so the door wouldn't fully close. I found Paul's and they are backed up until November with hail damage, but regardless came out right away and looked and figured out the problem and fixed it at no charge. I was there for 20min tops. This shop does excellent work and always goes above and beyond in customer service. Because of the excellent work previously done on my husband's truck, I took my 2008 Cadillac in to Paul's for hail repair - it had damage on every panel. Paul's had it done in 5 working days and my car looks almost brand new!! When I left the shop I had mechanical issues that were unrelated to the body work they had done. I brought my car in to get an estimate for repainting my left fender on my Mustang. The estimator told me they didn't do small jobs like I wanted, and they would "have to" strip the paint from my fender. I thought that was part of the process !!! He referred me to Maaco !!! Body shop was good after our accident, but don't recommend mechanic repair shop... Engine light failure was not resolved after several days and paying $600. Went to another mechanic, and they found/repaired the obvious problem in plain sight for $200. I saw it myself and have pictures. Sigh. read more
