The nail tech who had done her nails at another business was careless with hurting her cuticles and seemed to want to get my daughter's nails done and over with as quickly as possible. Sabrina was engaging with my daughter and I and ensured she felt comfortable with what Sabrina was going to do with her cuticles. She made sure that she did not hurt her and took her time. She was genuine and super easy to talk to. My daughter was grinning from ear to ear when all was said and done and when we got in the car and left, she was ranting and raving about how much she loved Sabrina as her tech and how kind she was. She said, "she needed more Sabrina's in her life." Just the fact that Sabrina made sure to engage and was kind and friendly made all the difference in the world. Super down to earth and sweet girl. You guys have an awesome asset there. Not only was Sabrina amazing, so was the man who greeted us and made sure we felt welcomed. He was incredibly friendly himself and gave my daughter a bracelet.
